not going to trade for i don't know how long
emotionally drained /
i feel so depressed
i know something bad is going to happen
i can feel it
it has shut me down
i just can not trade
i look at charts an my mind is worried about things out of my control
an there is nothing i can do about it

Chris took your advice spoke to the x , we even went to dinner, have not heard from him since this has nothing to do with the above statement

i am so ready to give up , i hope he takes note i can not handle
much more

Very sorry for how things have gone for you.

There are numerous "good" traders around, you may have to look outside of forex factory to find some other ideas.

I have spent a few years reading many post, but there are only a few traders on f.f. that stand out with a consistent winning system.

If what you do does not work, then it is time to learn more, and be ready to change your thinking pattern.

Keep your head up, and push through this roadblock.

Hey Sweetie!

Keep the chin up kiddo. I'm having a tough time the past few weeks myself. It's a crazy market right now and there's MUCH wisdom in taking a step back when you aren't "feeling" like trading. Great move on your part sweetie!!

On the other item, I'm glad you guys went to dinner. Give it some time to see what (if anything) comes of it. If nothing else sweetie, it's more info than you had before so that's a good thing. Like you told me, keep at it if that's what you want. I did and things are going very well so Thank You!!

God will keep you close as you're one of the good ones. I know you won't but.....never give up Tracy. Try to remember, God helps those who help themselves.

Hi,

I once felt like giving up trading myself. After a 2 month break I started thinking "Hey man, if others can do it then I can too!" again. Went back and cleared my charts from indicators and moved to H1, H4 and D1. It really helped to calm down and keep the stress away. Now, 6 months later, I haven't made it just yet, but I've matured much as a trader and my mind is clear and focused on the task at hand.

That's my advice to you. Follow it or not. Anyway, I wish you all the best! You can do it!

My Ex took me to the money show in Orlando, Fl , got to speak personally with Greg Michalowski he went over some charts with me one on one i feel so lucky to have got to speak with him one on one, He is a wonderful person, it was just a dream for a little country girl to get to meet with a trader with his experience i will be a fan of his for a long time to come,

And also I feel so greatful to my Ex for getting me there, I know he is not into the market but the fact that he understands an I believe support's this journey I know he will never ever know how many hour's I have put into it or how hard I work at getting better everyday an how hard the emotional side of it can be, But the fact he was there with me let's me know he has some idea an I thank god for that more then anyone can understand
