From what I can see no LOB's, and 4/1 still in process of developing new swings...

GU may give a small in-range trade, no b-p-c yet

Nothing on you other strats? Just realise I can still demo the gu counter trend, just because I can and am bored out of my scull...

yeah, I don't see any good setups, just watching some "boredom" setups, but they are not really worth to mention. Let's see, maybe I find some good setups later.

Nothing that i can trade. i cant trade the short GBP/CHF lob setup....because i fear SNB intervention....the trade seems to be working though...still, it is better to err on the side of caution.

Maybe there will be action later in GBP/USD, (gbp/cad already gone), EUR/CAD.

Oh well...for what is worth, the setup(short GBP/CHF did work)..but...it is better to err on the side of caution. it will be unfortunate to experience violent SNB intervention because you want to score a few pips. Apart from that, the trade is working. 1.6655 area will be the ADR price target if the trade was actually taken. Oh well.

Hey All.....I just saw this thread. Its great. I trade 22 different pairs. What time frame do most of you trade in?

I trade M30, H1, H4, DAILY, WEEKLY.

25 PAIRS. sometimes, 28. I think that is pretty much everybody trading range here, actually.

Nicely done on the GBP/CHF! It looks like it may have been the only thing I missed. I almost got up for the London open.

Retrace to 50% fib, previous resistance and all within the dynamic area of support.

Yep, that's it PD

A LOT of USD pairs are retracing at the moment. It'll be interesting to watch how they all react to these areas...

PipDawg, I am watching that same pair, and yep that would be a perfect area for the next entry, I have been watching this pair for a while...well since the SNB intervention on Thursday night, and it is right where we want it, now we just it need to start heading back up and look for a good entry.

Anybody got their eyes on the Eur/Aud?

Still needs developing but theres a fair bit of confluence on daily with future entry on 4h.

Opinions?

Another question...when you guys see several currencies with good opportunities...do you select the BEST out of all of them or does anyone here open "several" trades at a time?

If we open several i guess we are doubling our risk. For example e/u and u/chf.
Both look great. Would anyone consider increasing their lot size in order to just take one? instead of 3% go with 6%? Sounds crazy but i know of a few that do it quite well. Although im against it personally.

Just curious as to how you guys n gals go about it...

Hi Pip,
I personally will not double up my risk, if I have a trade open with say the USD as cross, I will not take another trade with that currency crossed with anything.

And yes I will open several trades at once, however I never risk more than 3% total, so I will reduce my lot size on each pair so I never have more than 3% at risk at any given time, and usually unless the setup is absolutely perfect I will not even risk 3% I will reduce it down to between 1 and 2% for the most part.

Yep, still watching. It's made a breakout over the last couple of bars, but it'll still take a while for this to form a retest and then continuation. Heavy support at 1.5500, so if this does play out as expected, either stops moved or take profit at that level.

I'm pretty much the same as NM here, although everyone has their own slight variation, I won't open another trade if I've got my full risk on the table, UNLESS I have my stops at BE. At which point I'm no longer risking anything on those trades, so I've freed that portion of my capital up again. I only risk 1% per trade, so this gives me room to open up 3 simultaneous trades if I want to.
