KG RS GROUP V1.1 is in the indi folder and also applied to my chart yes

I haven't heard many comment on their experiences with this indi; again - surprised that few here even mention it. Many thanks for the revisions on the 20/200 EMA - will try it today.

I have just modest coding experience, and there's no way I'm going live on any EA without being able to deconstruct / reconstruct it on my own.

Lastly, can anyone provide any feedback on the CTFC proposal lowering the margin ratios? I'm in the USA, and embarrassed to admit there just seems to be no future with American brokers. First hedging, and now this? My demos are currently with Activtrades. Take care - Steve S.

I have said it many times, the USA does not want retail trading. The next thing will be that you need to be licenced (like me) and hold a minimum of X amount in your account before you can trade.

The X will be an amount beyond most retail traders.

what experts say (and there is no reason to disagree) is that, since all indicators lag and work based on past events there can be no indicator which can predict the future. By some fluke some may seem to be doing correct predictions for some time but it will not last.

I asked IBFX when they are opening their UK office and this is their reply "Thank you for contacting us regarding our UK office. We anticipate that our clients will be able to open UK accounts within the next 1 to 2 months." I do not know if they can open accounts for US residents / citizens.

I think I reverse engineered how it works. In fact any indicator can be "futurized", but the value of the results is pretty low to zero.

What I believe it does is to project the most recent bar into the future, i.e. just pretend the future is an exact repeat of the most recent bar. Then compute where the filters go in that scenario. That's it.

I did not decompile ex4 or anything like that. It's just scientific intuition looking at the results. A MACD is a difference between EMA's. Put EMA's on your chart and think what would happen if the current bar were repeated.

Not sure what you mean by verification. I'm going to open an account at Go Markets as a back up to my FXDD account. If they reduce margin then I'll switch to Go full time.

Trading through a foreign corporation resolves that.

IMO the NFA wants to be able to say they took steps to reduce risk for US traders trading through NFA controlled brokerages. They don't care about people trading in non-NFA environments. That's not their responsibility and they incur no liability. In the US it's allabout appearance imo.

Just an update on the KG Extremes EA. 2 losers and 11 winners, for an overall account increase of 7.5% in less than one day.

Settings are: Exits at 50/50, fixed lotsize 0.06. The rest are default.

No open trades as of now.

The Scooby EA had 2 winners and one open trade at -5 pips (been open for the last 18 hours - A timed exit maybe a thing to consider, since by now the setup that triggered that trade is no longer in place. I donīt remember if Steveīs Trade Manager has that feature, will check it out...)

Yes the Scooby 20EMA 200EMA RSI3

But because of the market I dropped the RSI down to 2

There has been allot of sideways movement in the markets today.

All commercial traders are edgy due too the potential Eurozone problems.

The newest version has SL, but youīre right, it isnīt.

The TP is 30 pips while in Scooby it is 25 (unless he changed it)


Edited: Well, it seems he did

By the way, Iīm using SL/TP 50/25 instead of the default 100/25. Easy to modify in the code, even for illiterates like me.
