in the short to mid term, the dow retraces to AT LEAST, 8600, and strengthens the dollar with it the entire way IMO...

My long term view is pretty much the same as yours as i recall. But for the setups I have a down night tonight would be unusal thats all.
I'm thinking we may be in for slow crawl down, maybe 50-70 pips a day.
Well I'm keeping my SL tight.

Not sure about SNB. The Euro is really taking a beating, while USD/CHF is going up. Could be the Swiss only care about the CHF against the USD.

Great word, shemozzle, truely onomatopoeic. It well describes what went on in EUR/CHF last Friday during Asia. It was 4am in Zurich, EUR/CHF was trading around 1.4625 and somebody obviously didn’t have their first cup of coffee. It was so long since the SNB appeared during the Asian session that many of the Asian banks did not have trading limits established with them. They, the SNB, put a bid in the market on the EBS at 1.4905, 280 pips above the market. In other words there was a bid at 1.4905 (for the few banks with a trading limit) and lots of offers up to 200 pips lower from the mainstream market! And these clowns tell us they want orderly markets! Of course there were monumental arbitrage possibilities for a few banks and everyone else is left scratching their heads. Nuf said.

anyone thinking that its time for some reversal, at least a decent rebound. the daily candle on friday usually indicates that, besides .8580 is a strong support
however
what is starting to worry me is that generally everyone thinks AUDUSD is going down. And when everyone is short, there's nowhere for it to go but up.
Or am I just over-thinking this?
