Hi Justin,

At 6:00am EST for the past 2 weeks my trading account goes off line. I get a "loading account" prompt at this time, (sometimes at other times of day as well). Is this server side, or is it an issue on my end?

Thanks for your help.

Checking on this for you. Have you sent [email protected] an email about this or called in while it was happening?

I have looked at this broker for over a year now, trading demos and getting feeling of it.

I love them.

Now, when I decided to open live account - they gave me so much headache, that I am puzzled if to keep trying... They want your home addresses, phones, for a no particular reason. Convesations are utmost bureaucratic and go on the edge of rudness.

I am happy there would be a dukascopy alternative, if I wont succeed begging mbtrading to open an account.

Ulterior,

We certainly are not trying to be rude and I apologize if that is how you perceived your conversations with our staff to be, but I believe they were just being thoroughly. US Brokers are required to follow certain procedures set forth by the US Patriot Act and CFTC under "know your clients". We cannot accept any account in which we do not receive all the information requested.

I would be shocked to learn of a broker that didn't request at a minimum your home address and phone number.

I had this same issue as well. Every few days I would have to call and get them to fix it, which was done promptly. It happens rarely now and when it does I log out and back in again and it works.

Stick with Currenex and Viking ... MB Trading MT4 is crap because they manipulate prices to stop you out. You need a straight through hedging system that most Currenex white labels do....

Hi Justin, I just downloaded the MB Trading MT4 demo because of all the great reviews I'm hearing all over the internet about your brokerage firm about how you guys are the real deal when it comes to ECN trading. I was also looking into getting a currenex or viking platform and I was wondering how I would intergrate this into your non-deal desk MT4 platform? Does your firm allow this integration? Maybe that's more of a programming question? My apologizes if you've answered a similiar question in a previous post. Thanks in advance for your suggestions....

egkid,

You can't trade MT4 with your Nav account; you'll have to open a separate MT4 account if you wish to trade in MT4 live.

Demo is available for both Nav and MT4.

Unfortunately, based on current regulations and licensing/registration requirements, the firm has been advised by its legal department that it is unable to open accounts for residents and citizens of Croatia at this time. This may change however as regulations and licensing/registration requirements can be modified, so please check back with us periodically on the status. However I do apologize, at this time we are unable to open an account for you.
Now I'm very intrigued why every other broker on the world don't have that restriction since it seems that only country beside mine is Iraq and simmilar unstable countries. You people know that we are in Europe?

Croatia is part of Balkans region. -- Firm's policy choosing not to open any new accounts for customers that are a citizen of, or are residing in the countries which have been designated as highly sensitive by the US Department of Treasury.
