I have this charted to possibly go to .8855, not sure that it will make it quite there, and I see another nice opportunity to ride this back up to 61.8% retracement. If more realistically, we hit around .8897, which also closes a Stochasic move, I see it retracing up to .8982. The question should be after such a long sustained down trend, how can you pass up a tracement? Odds are after a sustained daily trend like this one that we will see a decent...
Sorry this should have said that .8897 fills a Bollinger Band gap.

What do you mean? I haven't taken it yet. I am just planning an exit and re-entry. When I take it then give me a hard time.

You will be happy to know that I passed on trading this retracement because it is moving way to slow, and I am looking for my re-entry for another short instead. I am targeting around .8970 to .8980 if the cards are stacked up right.

the current retracement rejected at old support, lets see if it makes it through, its rejecting pretty hard. this could be another leg down although there was a pretty closed hammer on the 4hr

So what do you people think about tradin in European session. I'm thinking a rebound of 40-50 pips up before the trend down...

I'm very tired and traveling so i don't have all my tools and computers available, I need some help from trustworthy people to fill me in....

Hi kilalik,
Here is what I see:

  1. My Bloomberg Indices for Asia/Pacific are all down but so are Domestic and roughly in the same percent range - That's all the fundamentals you are going to get from me
  2. My 1hr MACD and OSMA are wanting to give me a buy signal and are teetering on the fence. We do now have a 1Hr Parabolic SAR forming under the price
  3. I have a various MA overlay that is starting to level in the 1hr
  4. We are on our Daily S1 Pivot and it seems to be holding
  5. The Lower shadows on 1hr Heiken Ashi are starting to shorten
  6. 30M ADX is above 20 but bear pressure is seems to be at a peak
  7. We are at the bottom of our 30 minn bollinger
  8. We are about to hit a GANN Fan line

Now my results from the above, corresponding:

  1. Neutral
  2. Mild Buy
  3. Neutral to Mild Buy
  4. Buy
  5. Neutral to Mild Buy
  6. Neutral
  7. Mild Buy
  8. Neutral to Mild Buy

I guess we will see what london brings. My algorithm is going to kick me in a buy at 20 CCI crossing up from -100, which it is thinking about. 20 CCI is right below -100. I am also waiting for the 1Hr MACD/OsMA to give me the buy signal. I think if MACD and OsMA give a buy signal before London gets on, then there will be enough bulls that rely on that signal to keep any previous day sentiment from the london traders spilling into their next day session, which is about to happen. But, I think that if the OsMA and MACD do not signal the buy before london gets on, then all of those london traders that went to bed last night with Sell on their minds will push us lower.

thanks for your response. Im already in 2 small buys and already in green, targeting about 50 pips on upside and 20 pip loss on downside. before the EUR data gets release then i will be thinking of shorting from there. I'm in Vegas about to go gamble. wish me luck

That's it, I'm placing a straddle around my 1hr MACD/OsMA since i don't think I am going to get a signal before London gets on. I'm going to play some XBOX until London.
