You see? The Tiete river (that crosses the city from West to East) must be digged every year for some THOUSANDS of cubic meters of mud from the bottom, so to prevent flood right?
Tell you more, some 80% of the river is right now SHIT. Yeah, 70% of the city has no wastewater treatment, so it all goes down the river.
The actual government has made NO - ZERO - NADA...Ignored

Do you know how Nokia UPDATES your mobile? By uninstalling the previous version and installing a new one, so it's basically a formatting
Now I have to setup all the e-mail accounts again, update the contacts and all... And - IT IS NOT WORKING
