I am not being funny matey...calling long and short regardless of swing/scalp/position/options....still has not value...

Some of the guys that trade with me from this thread no that my scalp have a rate of almost 90% the reason being is I trade extreme pa..Lesser trades but quality trades..with a very high Risk Reward...

I do not position for trades longer than three days as a rule of thumb...
But scalps are over within a matter of mins.for me...I would never place a scalp that went on for more than 15 mins it is impossible....

This is not a dig at any body as Daytrader and Tradeholic etc are good traders..but they have a secret of trading is what i am trying to learn....

I'm not having a dig at you. I'm also not very happy at what this thread is becoming in the last few months since i've joined. It was just a friendly point at a possible solution/thread that is being implemented at the moment.

Good call for the eye on volume, PA wouldn't make sense without it.

Can anyone confirm what the volume data (i.e. CTRL-L) in MetaTrader4 is actually representing? Is this market depth or "total no. of trades" for a particular bar?

Now Were Talking....

Things to add to your chart if you dont mind me saying...
1. 1,4 Daily Trend line both UTL and LTL
2. Major S and R on all three time frames.
3. Average Daily Range Indicator = Total pips - Time to trade if you know what i mean..The reason is you can judge total amount of pips left in the market...for you to take a trade...

4. One very handy chart is the dollar index..

Thats called a no demand bar....
We have Seller on every single retracement ie they are selling in to buying strength.. also have a look at the 2 hour Candle it says it all....

I remember you mentioned that one touch rule before. But that time was on a support scenario. Where as this time in on a resistance scenario.
I was expecting it will break out of 9092 this time. But failed.

1ST TOUCH THERE IS NEVER A BREAK OUT ......80 % CHANCES OF IT NOT BREAKING....

It played out perfectly and the trade took less than 15 mins to play out to break even and yielded 40 pips without any stress at all...

Truly said it was the one touch...Generally we do not see major breakouts on monday and definately today...there was no chance of an early market break out...the worst case sceanrio would have been an upthrust but with a stop of only 15 pips you still would have made pips....

I love it when it climbs up with such low voulme because it means they will sell it off with such ease...

i think it will bounce up for retracement, and its going to push the aud too

Currently there are no trades for aud.....imho....
We are in a neutral zone....Wait for a break out or upper resistance or lower support.

Why would you wanna get stuck in between..

I think resistance is at .9090 and support 0.9000.

in a side ways mkt scalping opportunity is abound for example
o.9030 and 0.9070 plus minus 10 pips you can try.

I short 1 mini at 0.9040 and 1 more @0.9027.
keepin my fingers cross.

lets see what happens after 10am nyc time....
