It may have further to go. But I think it may bounce off the 38.2 Fib area around 1.41152, see my earlier post.

If risk aversion remains which it probably will until next week it will likely break this after a few attempts and then continue down. I think it should be good for a touch trade for 20 or so pips.

Of course this is not advice just my opinion.

If you take a look at your charts and plot the fib lines for the all time high and the low at 28 Oct 08 you will see that the 50 fib from that point is just above the 38.2 fib I just mentioned and is at 1.41810. This makes this area an important area between those fibs.

Keep a sharp eye out.
