Hmm, Dominique Strauss-Kahn warning of a double dip recovery– as if nobody here wasn’t thinking of this for the past year – JAL shares at 5 Yen a piece, and Cadbury still leaving the door ajar for Kraft to shove a bigger wedge in. I smell equity sell off, Cable Up, Dollar to follow if they truly don’t want a weak dollar anymore, and GY following UY up.

Nope...

 

  1. Wave 4 should not overlap with Wave 1, except for diagonal waves.

What we have here is a very Complex Correction with 8 triangles to Follow...7 can be identified...#8 is gonna be unknown...

Gann...50 ema.. Trendlines...nothing is gonna Help...may be support and resistence (Higher TF)..and Candlesticks on Daily and Weekly..

G/j is only for day/ intra day....No swing these Days....U/J and E/J is messing it UP..

I POSTED A CHART LAST THURSDAY.. EVEN THAT IS NOT PERFECT..Cause there will be few more corrections to that...So far its going as per Plan..

I believe there are no waves happening just ABC Zig- Zag corrections ON 4 HR AND dAILY...Where we have Constant C failures.( meaning not going UP)....... May be later on we can label them as waves..1 - 5.

For me this is final wave C doing 1-2-3-4-5. Then making impulse down (KabOOM)

Until we get a daily close above daily gann gj is a sell on rally with a failure to close above daily gann.

Based on the 4hr chart another rise is forthcoming to test resistance above - a failure to take out last weeks high should trigger the downside move perhaps to weekly gann. . . 144.40 should be a nice target to bounce from for an eventual move up to 153/155 before we complete this consolidation period. . .

As I've been stating for the last week - the daily chart is diverging lower each day and once we get a daily close below the zero point on the MACD we will see at minimal a 500 pip move south from whatever high it fails at. . .

Again the weekly gann looks poised for a test with a spike below. However, I don't think we will see a "KABOOM" but what I do see is a nice bounce from there back above or toward 147 to close out the month. . .

Keep in mind a spike below weekly gann could lead to 144-142 test of support. . .

Or we could be in wave 2 of 5 off the 163 high which would complete at ar'd 153/156 area before heading lower to make a new low. . .

The jury is still out on which scenario we are in at this point. . . However based on the weekly and monthly chart it appears long-term both are bullish so I would suspect we are in wave 2 or B for an eventual move higher later this year. . .

Also keep in mind there is confluence of the monthly and weekly gann residing at the 144 area but that does not take in consideration that it could still spike 200 pips lower but end the week or month above it and still be bullish. . .

Actually there is a nice sell signal on the one hour chart but the 4hr chart will prevent major selling pressure for now. . .

Having said that I see price ranging from 150-146.50 until we see the 1hr, 4hr and daily all aligned for a nice ride lower to test support. . . weekly and monthly gann. . .

Is it you means ---> if gj daily close candle is above daily gann for gj , so is a sell on trigger?
BTW i see the price now is below gann gj,so need to wait the candle close above gann only sell?
