So let me see if I understand this... You're drawing your fib from the last major swing and minor swing and checking for overlaps of the 61.8 and 38.2? That of course represents a stronger support/resistance level so you are placing your orders at that point assuming it will reverse?

Hello Leroiv. You can find the G7 indic on message #1 of this thread. After downloading, copy it to your ...experts indicators folder, close platform, then re-open and you should then find it in your Custom Indicators.

I enjoyed analyzing #406 chart from wjq for more insight re: fibo placements.

My usd/jpy shows 4H down trend, yet shorter term 1H shows up trend. Given that these G7 trades seem to be pretty short-term, I'm wondering if we should consider an up trend trade now instead of the #406 chart short trade.

Comments are appreciated. I'm learning a lot. Thx to all.

Fibonnacci trading really confusing, since it generally seems that draw line is more subjective than objective actually.

wjq was able to predict the short, really impressive. Based on 1H long trend, I was in doubt so I waited and missed the trade.

M15, M30, 1H all showed trend up, yet wjq decided to use 4H trend down, and made a great trade.

ANY comments on how to know trend was short before the blow south would be appreciated! Thx.

ref. how you choose your pairs with the G7 usd indicator.
let's say that Jpy is strong, and Eur is weak.(in 15 ' time frame)
but the H1 MACS is > 0, that means that you quit the pair, and try to find another one?
I want to knoy more about how you choose your payrs, please.

Entire waves or major waves have only a retracement of 38%.
Impulsive waves or minor waves have a retracement of 61.8% or 78%.

First large wave Fib level 38.2% overlaps with the smaller wave Fib level 61.8%

That's the reason why traders using only the two levels 38.2% and 61.8%
