hello everyone. Today I will introduce people to my system. This new system I find out about 3 weeks ago. it is very simple: it is the combination of S / R and Fibonacci, trend line is concentrated in a certain small area.

why I use S / R, Trendline and Fib?

1/ S/R and trendline - s / r and trendline effectively 2 reasons (in my opinion). 1 / long time, 2 / long time => many users should be effective.
2/ fibonacci - it is a golden ratio in mathematics (you can find out)

This can be called: Improved Harmonic basic model. This model consists of four points: A, B, C, D. AB may be shorter than or equal to CD.

I appreciate why this system?. I like it because prices always move just my prediction. An accuracy rate ever. area S / R + trend + Fib line is concentrated in a certain area, I call it confluence (PRZ) and it is point A. Price moves to the confluence point B. The system has an interesting feature, on moving A to B, Price can be adjusted most comfort, the only requirement is: the price adjustment does not pass point A.

confluence area at least 3 factors listed above reversal. in the absence of S / R, you can substitute 1 fibonacci, other means: you have 2 fibonacci and trendline.

Once you have Confluence, with the potential to save your. I'll tell you define your Confluence is correct. When you have the confluence (point A) you may safely ignore the price moves to B, when prices go into Area B, you should get trade price reversal can not follow any principles.

The only requirements for the store: price action not random, simple: the closing price on a straight line.

rules for S / R and trendline: need at least 2 vertices are equal or nearly equal. Not allowed to violate the 2nd of S / R and Trendline
(trend line is an S / R diagonally. )
if the violation is formed by events, bar violators are allowed to remove.

Thanks hao for all your help, I would like to ask you abut your last USDJPY trade, as I can see there was smaller ABCD completion, and you entered following the left higher ABCD buying C aggressive as in Mr.Pip thread, but was there any other concerns or higher time frame confirmation before you found the support ot enter the trade

ie higher time frame trendiness or fib expansion to support the trade

you do not necessarily see a larger chart, you need your attention commercial reasons. In my USDJPY: 1 S/R + 1 Trend line + 1 fib recement + 1 fib expansion.

Ok hao, many thanks, so drawing s/r lines on the higher time frame in case of USD/JPY trade on the 1h chart and then looking on lower time frame to see if closing prices holds above the line

now what about the older thread, do we start from here then? because in that thread there's much good information that's left behind now, or your going to merger the threads into this one ?

S / R on large TF for large models, S / R on the small TF for small models. In this topic, you can introduce a topic everyone else useful. Knowing more is better than not knowing. My system is inspired by 3 different themes form. There are some things invented my.

here, Harmonic model used is: ABCD, AB = CD pattern and 4 points: A, B, C, D. The other Harmonic model is not necessary. These models are based on four basic models are: A, B, C, D. It's just different in size.

The first lesson: learn how to use Fib expansion recement + fib (video I uploaded earlier) you need to learn to draw fib, you do not need to paint Harmonic model.

Thanks hao for all thee hard work your doing into this thread, I can see what you mean by showing all the previous chart, it just needs time for information to sink that am able to use them in real trading

as In today I made an analysis, and then because of over analysis I failed to follow the original plan, and thus the trade follow my mistakes, its about plotting all what you have said above to see where the expectations of price might headed

I do not know the currency pairs you trade, i do not be verified.
Drawings wrong S / R. Artwork or see S / R and trendline I load up . need at least 2 top 2 or equal lows. Command area you need at least 3 commercial reasons.
You can see a smaller TF until you see clearly.

If the price moves on the blue square, it is a confluence area and one where the command potential.

Nice trade hao, looking at the chart now the trade went into the direction of analysis

Entered EUR/JPY H1 long, trade stooped out at BE only to continue up, stop was -20 pips, when reached + 12 stop moved to BE
