I notice that this EA does not have many paramaters - lot size etc. Is this ACTUALLY an EA or is it something else? Is there an EA for this system? If so, which post can i find it on - i seemed to have missed it.
There is a EA which enter a trade or I would say enter in hell. Try to use demo, do not know the name but is version a,b,c,d,e....You can find it in attachment of this thread.

Ok I have the EA signaltrendfollower+snapshot, is there a way to modify it so it emails me every time an arrow pops up whether long or short. Just making an inquiry?

Could be but I think you need a programmer for that. I do not know.

Are there any metatrader programmers out there that can manipulate the current "signaltrend follower+snapshot Ea to email alerts once the arrow pops up or create an EA that does. I will pay for it.

How do you retrieve the snap shot if you are using this EA?

The snapshot is automatically stored in your mt4/expert/files but I am not sure. Because I switched it off.

Pilatus, at the top left of your screenshot you have printed info which looks like it pertains to the moving averages. Can you tell me how you are getting this printed on your screen?

Its nice to see my friend Pilatus still helping you guys here. Im going to be sharing an interesting Rainbow setup that follows pretty much the same setup, but more visual and easier to spot entries and has a replacement for the Macd and seems to be quite useful for trend following as well as avoiding weak moves and to filter out some chop. Again its all just slightly more visual and slightly different and more easier to take entries compared with the original setup here. Im going to sort out a holiday booking right now but will be back here in a few hours to share this setup.

It works NICELY on the m1 in particular and can be used with the m5 or even the m5 as standard. I will explain ways to take entries and share more on this to help spark more interest on trading this method. I hope this wont deviate the thread but rather help those who are interested in trading the m1 in conjunction with m5 trend confirmation.

Okay guys Im deciding to share some posts to help revive this method of trading but will not be sharing here to distract and take away from the Wicker but put things into a seperate thread otherwise people here might get confused. I'll start a new thread if anybody wants to learn more about spotting retracements and trends with m1 and m5, hopefully I can clarify some things for you all If i may.

I'm very interested to see what you've set up. I love the Wicker's 5 minute system - don't get me wrong - but 1 minute trading is more my style.....

Hi all,

Sorry to ask this question, I just come across this thread and looks a great system.

I have the template and the trendflow EA is that all I need to start being alerted with signals or do I have to add all the other indicators as well?

Hi, good signal on gold today.

Entry:
H1: breakout of strong resistance level at 1102.56 and a bounce from it.
M5: all conditions met after retracement. Rainbow somewhat expanded but still a strong signal.
Exit:
At strong point of 3 pivot resistance levels & h4 top band of a trendline. It's obvious where

Here we have nice example of high probability trade for eur/usd short signal. Support on 1h time frame become resistance and we get short signal.

Personally I would have not taken this trade, this is due to important news being released 5 mins before. Unemployement claims in America and a ECB press conference.

Dear members.

I read this thread a few months ago searching for a forex trading technique. Then I switched to the THV Thread (very interesting and a great team) but itīs really a huge thread with thousand of replys. So I read this thread again and soaked all the informations up which I could get. Theory is nice but now itīs the time to practice and for this reason I spent the last two days waiting for signals. I got some signals but didnīt take the trades because the market seens pretty choppy without a clear direction. For learning: Please let me know which trades you made last two days or if it was the right decision to stay out. Thank you!

you are absolutely right, but I wanted to show what good set up looks like. So this example without news is excellent signal.
