hi, how long have you been in the group? so basically the posts by jacko will say why he took each trade? i have no doubt about the skill of jacko. but will like to ask, so have you learn, in ur own opinion, to have improve in your trading skill?would you have made winning trades on ur own ? personally i feel that it is better to learn how to fish then have others give me fish.

IMHO opinion when traders start out, most of us, are immature in our trading. We lack knowledge, confidence, and wisdom. Yet we are eager to trade and make the BIG money. Being able to trade along side Jacko in the beginning was more of a signal service for me. i spent hundreds of hours watching price action interact with moving averages, and this indicator or that one. Collecting my favorites and slowly changing and refining my toollbox. Jacko doesnt use indicators and that troubled me some. But through the course of it all it was very advantageous to me to be able to hear the wisdom and watch a professional trader, while i was "maturing" and moving through my learning curve. You really are a baby when you 1st get here and sometimes dont fully realize it. You are smart and therefore feel as tho you maybe able to shorten that learning curve or hope you can pickit up quik enuff to start making money. Dont cheat yourself. Focus on crawling really good, then get up and try to walk, then run with it. The service has got me through the biggest part of my learning curve to where I actually "see" for myself where the good entires are and with comfort. I dont take all of jackos trades. And i sometimes disagree with a certain trade. But i can make that observation based on what Jacko taught me. Its a good feeling. And i hope to follow Jacko for quite awhile longer because I am not all the way thru the learning curve yet. i would recommend this service to anyone, freinds and family that would be interested in trading.

I see many people here want someone to convince them to join his group. Read through the forum and make an informed decision yourself. It is your money your life.
What do you get,full transparency of a trader.
A blog full of past and current trades and replies to emails for your review.
Should you join.Well I don't know where you are at ,all the info you need is right here.
As for the NFP. Jacko advises against trading at this time for very good reason,it is volitile.

i would just like to voice an opinion here, first off im not bagging anyone or saying jacko isnt a great trader because he clearly is fantastic. just merely an observation

i think the reason why people always ask whether or not to join jackos group all the time is because... to be honest this forum is quite vague, apart from the first few pages where jacko chimed in on his methods etc. so many posters in here talk about random strategies that arent really 100% jacko. So therefore there is quite abit to filter through. Also there isnt much info on here compared to the readily available info on say the j16 and clockwork thread. The people on those forums rarely ask as to whether or not they should join the private sites as by the time they have read through there public forums they know what they are likely to be getting. Im just not feeling that vibe in here.... Alot of people need to see charts and videos before they make up there mind etc. personally i am a visual learner and find it hard to just read writing about trades and i guess that is one small downfall about this thread.

Yes i understand this method is really simple but still alot of us like to see charts from the person who is using this strategy. im not saying every post but it would be nice to see some of jackos charts in the first few pages outlining a few of his trades. But obviously he has his own site where all is revealed and i have no doubt its great.

i thought id just like to explain why people always ask if they should join jackos group..
i believe those are the reasons why.

ps. Yes i totally agree with everyone its your choice if you want to join. I have no doubts it would be a great investment to learn from such an experienced trader such as jacko.

Thanks to you for replying to my posts and for providing further information about the strategy in this thread as well as Jacko's group

I am like you supermatt, also a visual learner and I guess some charts , maybe videos would go a long way in helping understand this style of trading.

Nonetheless, Jacko's style of trading / knowledge etc is obviously very good.

I totally understand where you are coming from. i would have to say, in my own words, that you should be understanding of the fact that jacko DOES have a paid group to take care of on top of his own trading, and having a personal life to. The nuts and bolts of the system are already here, and its been in discussion since way before i got here. Im not speaking for jacko at all, but i would say study whats already been posted, watch your charts, observe the trades, be patient, stay the course, and of course post your questions and Jacko still come in here and will answer when his time allows. We are fortunate to have whats here already. If you want a more personal interaction with jacko then the option to join the Turtles is always there. i made my money back on my 1st 2 trades and that was with mini lots. i can say with confidence that digging thru this thread, esp the 1st few posts by jacko is well worth the time and effort.

Props to J16 and how his thread is going. i am over there as well trying to learn. i cant speak for jacko but i believe he is just too busy to post vids and charts and the like. Thats just hos own thing. He is not here to sell you a service. Its just there of you want to take advantage of it. Some of his first group went on to work as professional traders in the industry.

Im just trying to say, the man has only 24hrs a day to get all he gets done AND enjoy life to. I learned his method by reading the material already posted and then i knew joining was right for me and Im glad i made the choice.

most definitely bulls. and thats what i was trying to say, I didnt want anyone to take it the wrong way that i was saying jacko should be doing this and that and im not grateful for what he has done.

of course there is not enough hours in the day to do everything and of course everyone is busy.

the point i wanted to illustrate was that these are the reasons why i think people always ask "should i join jacko's group" etc etc.

you cant keep these people or questions from continuing to arise.

the way this forum is and say a j16 are night and day differences apart in the information + chart examples.

i just think for someone starting out, this thread is probably quite difficult to learn from vs say a j16 where the info and support is readily
available.

the way u did it bulls was smart, u read this thread and decided this was right for you and decided to join jackos real group..
i think this is what this thread is good for.. more just giving u an insight or taste so you can decide whether or not if u want to ask jacko to join his group. Thats where u will learn the nuts and bolts on how and why he takes trades .

there is a fair bit of im buying from 1.430 here and not enough information as to why and chart examples vs say a j16 where there are senior members there to guide the newer traders.

i love this thread and jackos style i am just trying to give an unbiased opinion

wow to get back the money on 2 trades on a mini account. that's good. hmm i personally subscribe to some other signal service. which is not gd because though they provide learning but hmm because the learning is a different paid servce hence seriously can't really learn e basics. i m sure jacko's group will be a good one

yea i agree with the wanting to get rich when we 1st started but it's back to reality after a while. ha

The same old debate. On Jacko's private blog you will find no chart
examples, also it is not a signal service. What you will get is someone
with great experience showing you how to trade, what is in effect a very
simple method of trend trading. Virtually everything you need to know is
already printed out in this thread.His reasoning for taking the trade is the
major difference (always relayed BEFORE he places it).I am a group member
and have "grown" in trading terms with his mentorship. His ability to pick
entry/exit points with accuracy is uncanny. Sometimes his misses great
trades by being just 2/10 pips out,but is not fazed by this because he
knows theres another coming along soon. I think that although the method
is profitable as it is explained in his writings - it will take quite some time for
a person to truly pick areas like he can. That said - I'am very, very happy.
I would/would not recommend that anyone joins the Group, its their decision
alone. They will get out of it what they put in - as in most things in life.

Whether anyone joins or not is probably academic to Jacko, when you
consider the miniscule % of his income this Private Group represents.

well with the amount of false marketing that goes on.i disagree with you i think he makes more money from his service than his trading i have seen all the trades and quite shocked by last weeks trading schoolboy errors .the big thing is people join because they are led to belive even though he has not got a signal service.why not copy this legend of a trader trades come on everyone on here is making a mint yes he has not had a losing year i have never had a losing week 1 pip is still a profit,i feel its time to show a monthly pip count on the trades so people know the score if all this false marketing carrys on.the great thing that twee has done is put this thread in the right place

Hi Keith,

I wonder if you could just clarify this statement please? What do you mean by his reasoning for taking the trade? Are you suggesting that there is more to Jacko's method than is taught on this thread?

Also, I must agree with garrye (although I am not a private member so I cannot comment on Jacko's trading ability) - clearly membership of the private group is of importance to him otherwise he would not operate it. Thinking anything else is naive I am afraid.

It still amazes me that this type of poster still pops up on this thread. Every so often when there is a new crowd gathering you get these type of posts. I've come to just ignore them really. This is one of the most widely read threads on FF, not to mention some of the authors of other very popular trading threads acknowledge Jackos style trading to be as solid as any. I dont see ANY false advertising here. As a matter of fact, I dont see ANY advertising here. All i see is people that have followed this thread and gained knowledge to trade live accts, many of whom decided to join Jackos group and dont mind coming here to testify of their satisfaction from his mentoring service.

If you put this in a "REAL" perspective. Jacko doesnt owe anyone here a damn thing. He really doesnt. This is a man that by his own knowledge and experience in the markets, started trading forex with a simple trading system and compounded millions of dollars. All of this was done in the view of other traders with live trades called. We are talking about a man that when he pulls the trigger, is putting anywhere from 50 - 200+ standard lots on the line win or lose. That takes some balls. OR it takes confidence in what you are doing, or both. Now, having enjoyed the fruits of his trading, this man decided to share his trading style with us "newbs". Only because he wanted to people that wanted to trade have a fighting chance to fullfill their dreams.

The system is right here in black and white for those that take real initiative to go after it. This isnt a perfect system, and one doesnt exist. Jacko even breaks his own rules. Ive seen him crash and burn on trades. But ive seen him make millions to. Ive seen him call market moves within pips and Ive seen him pass up trades with him being very sure of where it was going but pass because it didnt fit his criteria. He has taken a big responsibility tp his paid group, and gives them the attention they rightfully deserve and want/need. You cant sit here in a FREE forum. on a FREE thread and demand something from someone who has already given of his own good heart. It is disheartening to hear such an evil sounding spirit on this thread, when the real spirit of this thread is about giving, and about trading successfully. If you cant post along those lines, then my advice is, dont post at all. It just makes it all the harder for those of us trying to learn Jackos trading to get thru the IMPORTANT stuff...

this poster did not just pop up on the thread,and the method is as old as the hills,as for false advertising you cant see the wood for the trees no offence to you,im also a member of his group so know everything about his trades and how he trades i dont take his calls i like to make money as this is what i do fulltime. when you sell a service yes you do owe people something this is his shop window were he sells his service this is why its in the commerial section .when he was on the other thread calling live calls and e/u was trending my son could have made money and note it was not this method,mygrandfather used to be a top boxer in his prime he cant box now just as i have seen this last 16 months jacko cant trade his own method,have you seen him place 200 lots on a trade i think not if he was making millions then why not place his blog on here for free if he was such a saint,no way you have to be a serious trader and part with 700$ lol. o but that just for sending sms,put it on here wont cost him a dime and yes ive seen him break his own rules and seen some school boy errors just look at last week well the last 6 months,so if the evil spirit you talk about is giving well jacko can give what he wants also i have given a friend 700$ to join the service and every month i will be posting a pip count on his trades on here so people know the score i wish you success bulland bear and want everyone to make money in this biz as for being put off by posts like mine dont read them this thread is 90% crap go to danuks thread who trades this method for free and traders on there help each other he made more on e/u last month than jacko has made pip wise in 6 months .just before i go i trade 200 lots now easy to say right

I have been a reader of some of this thread, exchanged a couple of posts and had a reply from Jacko to a question or 2. While I am still on the fence (will explain shortly) I agree that when someone takes the time to share it does not have to be agreed with, but it should be civil and respectful.

It is a common problem on threads, maybe it has to do with upbringing or early teens being on-line acting older. It could have been said.... The amount to join the group to me is significant at this time and I would be much more comfortable if I had a better understanding of what takes place in the group". Says the same thing, means the same thing, without the bite. "IF" I ran a site and had people attacked rather than discuss their point of view I would ban them. It causes those that have information to leave because they have no need to be bothered.

Having said that...

For myself, I am on the fence primarily because a significant market event took place, that seems to have broken the trend. This snaps in part the reason the EU pair was selected for trading. There is a vacuum created by the lack of information as to how all this is being dealt with, I missed it or misunderstood it. Of course I know Jacko is not expecting EU to only go up. But reference to very long periods of continuous trending is in conflict with the early stages we are in.

If I was Jacko, I would most likely have NOT shared even page 1 of this post. I would be to busy taking care of my own trading and trying to live life as forex is a lot to manage being a 24hr market. So he gets high marks for character and the understanding of the 2 way street of giving.

I suggest one or more people from the paid group, who are willing to toss the rope down, to pull others up to where they are at be the liaison between the paid group and the free forum. That with Jacko's authority, make a reasonable short term commitment to communicate here in FF, sharing what in the past had been done, so that historically we can see the extraordinary value that most likely exists. That the short term commitment, be handed down to another, in that way the mentoring does not become a long term burden or commitment, but will cause everyone to follow in Jacko's initial step when he started this thread. That was to give something back, to help another.
