I see it working on 1hr charts.. Maybe the settings are such that you see few of them. Or try that second one posted here.

I can get the indicator to work but it only seems to be showing pin bars that point down and not ones that point up. Does anybody else have this problem?

Another one is attached. I'm not perfectly happy with it but I trust it is better than the one posted above -- give it a a try.

yeah yeah PinBars a really nice, dont know why the conversation stopped here.

The attached indicator below is nice, could any1 visually backtest 2009 ?

TF = D1
i used 0.2 lot
BE 50 pip + close 0.1 lot @ BE
SL 10 pips below the PinBar Low
100 pip jumping stop after BE is achieved meaning after 150 pips move SL to 50 pips, after 250->150.....

on GBP/USD i got 1450 pips
on GBP/JPY i got 2400 pips

both 2009

i got a way better indicator here, found it just yesterday.
you can mark inside/ouside bars, pin's and even bar Double Bar high Lows.

indicators are nice, but is suggest you should not stop lookin 4 pins manually

Hi,

IMHO the indicator has a bug. Itīs not showing negative pinbars correctly.

Line 254 and 272 says
"Low[bar_num]<Low[bar_num+1])"

This should be
"Low[bar_num]>Low[bar_num+1])"

Oooo Tom, this is the biscuit!

Can you change the ratio of the pin? I would consider the one I pointed in red in the image a pin, quite effective in a downtrend.
