Perhaps if you were to post a chart or 2 in support of your "The Sky is falling" analysis, you would be taken serious.

At this point, nobody here knows you.

I can make calls like that also, you ready, here they come......

When the market finds a trend, why do new traders always anticipate the opposite direction. Market goes down and I see a handfull of new traders looking and acting on a BUY. E/U is on a strong trend and if you know anything about trading, the short term market only trends 30-40 percent of the time. This is normal during the holidays, Institutional traders pushing the market in one direction before they take their holiday break ... which starts tomorrow. Market will probably range and spike aggressively the few days before xmas. I'm not one for "predicting" the market but give us some hard proof to your conclustion. I personally don't think the market will make it back up (bullish) and if it does it will be short lived.

Too many new traders tend to look at the short term for trends and movement. Take a glance at a higher timeframe will help you see things a lot more clear. Above is the monthly chart. From 2001 - 2008 there was an strong up trend. In 2009 the market continued that uptrend ... this is called a "continuation". The last candle has hit a ceiling which would indicate a downwards trend in the beginning of 2010.

Just image, having this information already at your disposal. Image already knowing which side of the trade to be on and picking off those moves on the shorter timeframe. If I'd told you the trend was up and has been up for the past few years, would you be able to consistently profit only by trading the upwards trends on shorter time frames for entry.

Trading is not that hard and you cannot see everything on one timeframe, therefore you can not take advantage of the market effectively trading only the shorter timeframes. I get my trend and information on the monthly and entries on the 1 hourly and/or 10 minute chart. I've been LONG EUR/USD for all of 2009 intil two weeks ago. And because huge trends (such as the monthly chart trends) doesn't change that fast, I will be looking for shorts only in the beginning of the new year.

U do not understand how to drawn Fibo. U did wrong.
I think that U do not have a good skills to analyst. U should learn more.
Over sold and Bought (STO) is does not work in this case becoz Trend Up very clear & strong. U see ? double bottom at that chart?. usindex will test at @80-82 in next month. U will see.

problem with that is, that he has NO FIBS on his chart mr.megamarket
