These are Very good points and I do agree with the first ones. As far as pinbar on AU do you mean real spot gold or FX gold?

Silver is too highly manipulated for me to pay any attention to right now. i buy the dips on physical. sell the "tops"
for instance bought silver 2008 @ around 11. sold at about 19.50 a few weeks ago...

I said y'day on the forum that we'll see .9050 before we see .92. Well, we've seen .8985 and we could see .8950 at/during the Europe session.

however, all these rally is based on the speculation that FED will start to raise interest rate or will be more hawkish.

IMHO, its not going to happen and all the US$ bulls will start covering their long positions because there is still the same interest rate differential between US and Australia and not much have changed in Fundamentals between the .92 levels and .8978 levels.

Edit : We've hit another low of 0.8978 and I am suspecting we'll see a test of .8950 which will be the bottom of AUD.

the m15 shows that the price pulling up, is this bullish confirmation ?
i'm not sure coz i think it will be touching 8950ish

May be at Europe Open it'll go down to about .8950/8940 or may be even .8920

but if Fed is really hawkish, as a lot of traders are speculating, we're in for a great fall to .86-8550 levels.

Then bye bye to longs I've been holding from an average .91

I have a long prep'd and primed at 89.4. Expecting a strong bounce off it before i go on holiday at the end of this week, and then its closed shop for the rest of this year for me.

and i just took short @ 8980 TP 8950

any suggestion,please

I have been sidelined after I closed my longs just before the news, waiting for a long entry. Cant see any yet, and I can only see major support at 8966, if it clears that, then i think we will see lowes that we havent seen for a while i.e 8910. I think I may now look for short entry.....

Kim be careful with taking any long on aussie, at least use proper SL, if the .89 be broken we see a sharp fall like EUR ,the .89 is a major structural support

Wow, what a difference a day makes!

Taking a relative beating on this one. Ran up to the store last night and by the time I came back I was down around 70 Pips. In hindsight I wish i would have gotten out then and took the loss.

I could get out now take a fairly big loss and call it even; I have had a very good week so far but this one trade has wiped those profits out so I am about even so far. The thought is tempting.

I am only in for 1 Lot and my reinforcements are ready and waiting if needed. 0.8900 is when I will call them in. if needed, big time and let the chips fall where they may. I am going to ride this one out! I will be happy with a 50 Pip loss on this one only because I had another open trade at the time and it gained what I lost in that 1'st big drop last night.

Wasn't expecting the drop that came about 5 hours or so ago.
