WMD, sorry for cluttering your thread to post the updated indi. Forgot my password to Gmail as its not saved on this machine I am using.

Once you have loaded an ex4-file (indicator), you have to close your MT4 and then restart it again and it should be seen under the Custom Indicator group of indicators. After that you just load it onto any chart you wish to see it perform.

I have read time and again that our eyes are the best indicators, follow the trend, the trend is your friend. I can honestly say that WMD's method along with pivot lines drawn from the previous day's daily candle works for me. I don't intend to use any other method. NO more chopping and changing my plan. Thanks WMD for your time and efforts. I'm finally WINNING and long may it last

all indicators have their weekness, based on the fact that they analyse history...

however, there is a bit of wisdom in understanding that indicators should tell you story...

and the most useful part of history is trend...

Should there be a rally up before Xmas on EU here are some untested levels for me. wmd and others plse feel free to correct.

Perhaps that is my problem I was using indicators to place trades instead of using them as a guide, they show only where price has been and not where they are going. S and R far outweights any indicator. At the moment GU is finding support at 1.6230, if it breaks through and go pass 1.6218 I would enter a short. So now I know eactly where I should enter my trade. If I see a hook I also know when to enter a high probability trade. This works for me, of course I've got to keep an eye on the economic calender as well.

I trade mainly eur/usd , from my interpretation of the current movements would i be correct in the assumption that from the daily chart we could be heading to fill the gap down to the 1.422 to 1.435 level

Euro fell vertically and now makes a diagonal move. Watch the ltl and reactions at natural support.

Price is not far from good levels. I am looking for reactions at 4450, 4414 in the near term; and 4350, 4180 and 4080 in the near future if price reaches there.

The top of the diagonal move will provide most resistance in any up move. So 4850-4900 makes for good resistance.

6230 is a magic number on GBPUSD. I posted this opinion yesterday and Friday, too.

anyone who put a trade around that level, could have closed the trade in green. no matter it was short or long.

but this is not surprising, GU is in range. the surprising for me is that she hasn't left this range yet. but sooner or later she will.

in 3rd December, 2 weeks ago we had a high at around 5140. now we are at around 4560. that is ~600 pips.

in my opinion technically it needs some correction before visiting to 4350, 4180, 4080. this could be the 4850-4900 area, maybe higher.

we will see it soon.
