I personally have one 19 inch screen and a 5 year old PC. It's not the fastest but it runs MT4 plenty fast for trading. Eventually I will graduate to 5-6 screens and a faster PC but I have this weird superstition about wanting to have made a set amount before I reinvest profits in my trading business. For now this setup is fine and hasn't impeded my trading at all.

Here is the folder with the line alerter Dan. Works on MT4. It is the top two indicators.

can someone comfim this. i thought EA will work only when Mt4 is running

Hey zol, is this an MT5 H3 chart?
i havent checked charts, so looking exclusively at yours.. (& this reply is pretty late too, LOL)
that pin seemed to have not been triggered yet. but it seems to be sitting right below/at 88.00 (seems like looking at your chart)?
if ever this pin triggered, it has a possible immediate resistance (bar lows) around 88.20. above 88.70-ish, traffic may occur at 89.00, 89.70-90.00

yeah i'm from the uk, my little boy is my alarm so i'm up and charting from 6 am ish lol works great for me.

very slow week for me.... a couple of small scalps but no real trades.

i've been watching/trading usd/cad for some time now but somethings gonna pop soon.

hope your house move went ok... i really didn't enjoy mine afew years back! good luck unpacking and finding everything again lol

Do you mean in terms of a breakout and pullback?

If so then that trendline is way to steep for me when I am looking to do a pullback trade.

Yea you got it right.

So a steep Trend Line means a strong trend and you don't want to go against it??

Hi,
Concerning breakout + pullback to PPZ, sometime you've got a nice PinBar around a nice PPZ on the Daily chart, so the thing to do there is to buy Support & sell Resistance.
BUT when you look at the 4h chart, it seems to be a breakout + pullback +PA and the thing to do there is the opposite than shown on the Daily ...
What would you do in that case ?
It seems to be the case today for CADJPY.
