DislikedYeah, i noticed that, i think it is a bug in MTF Moving Average but it should be ok if you use the standard MT4 Moving Average.

It seems to me the 4hr candle must complete before the MTF MA will print it's current line. So the 'overlap' is just the current 4hr candle waiting to be formed.
Still, looks good if it's at the bottom or top of the channel when a new piece of the MA is formed, maybe take the bounce at that time. Gonna look back further and see what I find.

Can one of you please post the MTF MA indicator you are using? The one I found on FF seems to be choppy and not smooth like yours (see attached image).
