anw movement is very stagnant till london session opens.
Movement is usually pretty slow during this session, but this sideways movement really makes trading easy when the London folks wake up.

I hope not, I know the TV is out right now, but so far the internet is up and running. The winds are supposed to start blowing at around 35 to 40 mph I am hoping that does not knock out any power when the limbs start falling.

Yes I have done the LOB before and this is in great shape for it privided it goes the right way

E/U M30 -> price already in the zone..

for E/U H1 -> still 30+ pips to go..

so get ready to react if it turns according to M30 chart

hay NM, Here comes a new guy. I am not just clear on your entry techniques.
Support, Resistance, round number etc. for instance i have been following the EU since yesterday after the 30,50,100 MA indicated a down trend. during the Euro open(8.00) price had pulled back(on H1) and has hit the 1.4700 support so i got into the trade. if u where there off course u saw what happen, it started to retrace immediately. should i have waited or for the break of the last low. I believe you understand me far more than i can explain.

I'm looking at an H1 EU setup right now. If price drops through the H1 retracement trendline and pulls back to retest the round number 1.4750 then I think I'll be in on the continuation.

I realize that price hasn't been bouncing as harmonically off the 30 SMA as it should on the H1 but the 30/50 zone has been providing resistance and the 50 hasn't been breached yet. The 123 pattern off the lows worries me though.

What do you guys think?

NM,

I've noticed that many retracements happen in two stages - an initial shallower move followed by a final steeper move. This results in 2 retracement trendlines and I'm getting confused as to which break I should be considering before my bpc setup.

I'm talking about the retracement lines drawn on the higher tf setup charts here.

I guess the less steep trendline is the more reliable one?

Can you offer any advice in this area please?

EU is testing trendline down on 60min it has broken it a little lets see if it can pullback and give us an entry

AUD/USD looks good has pulled back 50% and testing support area

usd/chf has pulled back to fib but i do not see any trendline confluence with it .

Do you think AUD/USD has pulled back too far now? It's breached 61.8% of last impulse move down and is through the 50 SMA now.

i show it having just gotten past the 50% i am using 1H and taking it from the long wick swing high.

The fact that USD/CHF failed to make a new high on the hourly worries me. Could produce a deeper pull back than we are hoping for?

Agreed Chris, I was taking my fib from the last pull back to dynamic resistance on the H1 chart but I think your fib has probably more weight.
