Currently holding longs an both aud and euro, targeting 92 ish on aud and 1.4928-50 area on euro. will be looking to take shorts around these areas if and when price ever gets there.

The S&P is starting to make longs look a little dicey but cannot switch to shorts with current market setups just yet

0455 GMT [Dow Jones] Friday's better-than-expected U.S. jobs data shouldn't be triger for a broader correction in global carry trades, says Southern Cross Equities. Says hedge funds moved Friday to lock in some profits on carry trades because the U.S. jobs data were last potential market moving news for the year. "I suspect the motivation is more about performance fees than any real view that the U.S. dollar is about to substantially rally and cause havoc with the carry trade," says broker. Expects two-day reaction to U.S. jobs data (Friday/Monday). Retains BHP (BHP.AU) and Newcrest (NCM.AU) as its top two Australian large cap recommendations. S&P/ASX 200 last down 0.6% at 4673.8. BHP down 1.8% at A$40.64. Newcrest down 5.8% at A$36.08. (DWR)

IMHO I would hold long if you are that way inclined.

In my analysis, the force of the pull of the moon last Dec. 1 is diminishing and might bring this currency down to .9098 today.

Bearish below .9062; bullish above .9328

Although initial trading last week saw the Aussie trade higher, demand stalled at almost the same levels as the preceding week. After two days of indecisive movement, Friday saw a return of more significant selling. Despite this, the week's low, posted Monday, was untested and so the immediate outlook is not yet clearly bearish. In addition, investor uncertainty is further signalled by the fact that all five days trading took place comfortably within the previous week's parameters. Therefore our call is to be bearish below .9062 and bullish above .9328. Use Monday’s 7am opening price to change outlook.

On the downside a move below last week's low of.9062 gives a bearish signal, increasing the confidence in the call to an outright down move with a target at .8945, the two-week base, then .8852, half of the net rise from nine weeks ago. On the upside a break of .9328, the two-week top, is a bullish signal. Prices and sentiment should then improve to test .9407 which is November’s peak, or even towards, but not as high as .9587, the open from July 2008.

thats the chart i posted earlier today and thats an update of the zoom in action going on now ,, i think its more likely that the 9180 wont break and it ll send it back down on euro open session
