Any reputable/ non scam artist mql programmers?

I was wondering if anyone can make a SOLID recommendation of an MQL programmer who is not a staller/scam artist. This is whom Im currently dealing with, unfortunatley.

I work with a large US based Hedge fund and we have been helped by a guy on here who guys under the Avatar 'Codemeister' (let me know if you have any trouble looking him up?); he has completed around 4 projects for us so far and I have to say they have all been completed on-time, in budget and are all working perfectly and we can't recommend him highly enough!
Don't let the fact we are a large hedge fund scare you off as we found him to be very reasonable but as I said most importantly he does what we asked, didn't mess us around and was discrete, which was our primary reason for coming on here!
