i ask the question..

oops i have not see the red bar of the macd...
i think now it will be not a good trade..

According to the improved method, this is not a valid signal because the macd bar is not green. You need to delete the 30,3,0 slope indicator and change the 15,3,0 indicator to 20,3,0.

The templates are in ".tpl" Files

Guess we can't expect everybody to use the "search" function....

Anyway, just wanted to say that I have been using the improved method now and have been doing quite well. ...now that i've been working on that patience thing Lg told me about! LOL!

Surprisingly, it was alot easier once I gave up the coffee......hmmmmm

Again, hadn't posted in a while so thought I would let the captain know how its going!

Nice! If your going to take trades off of the 1H, make sure you follow the daily chart trend. Let me know the final results of these two trades.

i closed the trades on the first resistance on the charts posted above gu 96pips and eu35 pips. but now i see gu could of made me 50 more and eu about 20 but dont want to be greedy.

Greed will kill you. I like your mentality. Please keep posting your trades on the smaller time frames. I want to see how effective my method is on the smaller time frames. Hint: if you try the improved method, you'll get into the market earlier than the original method.

my first trade with the method of lgtj..
a short with usdchf..
all signals seems to me valid ( i hope so)
the vertical red candle is the candle of the signal, i take a short on the low of the candle..

Hi lgtj,

My monthly pivot indicator is not working properly since the month changed. The printing and lines are all jumbled at the end. I tried refreshing it, but that does not help. Any suggestions?

Mine too. At the beginning of each week, this indicator does that until price starts moving then the lines will settle.

Reference the gu trade, you entered 1 candle too early. The macd green bar was still under the signal line. The green macd bar must be touching or above the signal line at the close of the candle.

According to where you placed your vertical lines, I'm assuming that those were your valid signal candles. After looking at the charts I noticed a couple of things.
Eurjpy - I would consider that a risky trade because the previous four candles did not close below that resistance level that turned into support.

Eurusd - Although the trade went in your favor, you entered one candle too early because the 20 slope line was still blue at the close of that candle.

I want to make sure that every trade that you take is a high probability trade. Keep posting your trades as you take them. You're helping others see the power of this system on the smaller time frame. Great work!
