FXDD screws up - AGAIN

Please move this post to the relevant thread if necessary...

FXDD does not allow me to trade at all! It keeps showing "Off Quotes". Take a look at the screenshot below... No wonder most EAs die since manual trading is impossible in a situation like this... Anyone experience similar situation?

Today I have experienced frequent disconnects and very slow price updates; I have another platform running at same time, and FXDD's prices are very slow to "catch up" with real prices. Have gotten some "off quotes" and "trade context busy" messages as well when trying to execute orders.

I notified them via online chat, and they just told me they weren't having problems and gave me the tech support phone number. I haven't called, but may later.

I've never had issues to this degree with FXDD before, so it may just be a temporary glitch. Overall FXDD has been pretty good in my experience, but a bucketshop in silk is still a bucketshop, and I never let myself forget that...

The servers go down regularly. When they send their email announcements the servers go down and stay down for quite a long time. As much as 20 minutes. It is not my computers (I use 3) or my connections because I have other programs like email and browsers running and they are not affected at all.
It must be that they overload their servers with sending these emails all at once to a large number of traders. Scary. Since I am a scalper.
I am going to email them. Could it be they are not aware that they are causing this huge problem with their email updates? I never even look at these updates.
It's a new account and I have it linked to Zulu. I use limits. But still, sometimes I want to close early if things aren't going quite right...

already tried the FXDD almost seems like a good broker, just do not like when there are news and the server stop and when they have a very visible trade they do not let you go. even in demo acounts!

FXDD is one of the dodgier market makers it seems.

If you want to trade without problems or restrictions, go ECN. That's what I did. The grass really is greener over here!
