In your MT4 platform, go down to the navigator window, click on Account History, right click on one of your trades, select Save As Detailed Report, save the file, and open in your web browser.

Thank you for sharing, I'm also looking for an answer questioned by MurphyMan here. I'm glad I finally found the simple answer where you simply have to save it.
