My live account is FXCM Trading Station II. Its not Mt4 based....could this be used on there ? or I suppose I could just enter & exit manually.....copy the demo for entries & exits..there would be a slight delay...but Im pretty quick with the mouse when I need to be....lol

I shall ask for a summit with the BOJ and advise them to stop their intervention policy as they are creating too much wealth on FF.

No idea if it can be used on TS. No reason why I shouldn't add an input to allow you to use the robot as an alert instead of a trader. I will do this in time for next week.

Just my 2 cents...

I never ever never ever trade anything on Demo as the feeds are completely different at nearly all brokers. So EA's and even manual trading is always different to what it is in live. Emotions - although small - included.
That's as well why I never backtest anything except visually on a live feed.

I have a micro account since 5 years and use it for all kinds of tests - manual and EA's - and I strongly believe that if you want to trade seriously it's not to difficult to invest $100-$500 in a micro account for testing. If you're not able to do that then maybe trading Forex is not what you should do.

Don't want to sound harsh or anything, but Forex is a serious thing (I like the fun in this thread btw - love it) and should be treated as such.

Makes sense. For those of us with small funds, eglobal offer a 4 digit live cent account (1 pip = 0.01 cents) that looks and feels just like the 'real thing' yet costs nowt to trade.

But to save you having to do that I could just copy what the demo does and place trades manually and then exit when it exits.

But if you think it will be useful Id be happy to test it out.

Use ea on a metatrader demo and when you hook the ea to the chart check the "ask for manual confirmation" box, It will alert you with a popup whenever a trade should be taken, it'll be easy to launch the basket on fxcm as you have one click orders on that platform.

I was confused bcos I'm running another EA also which uses that indi. Steve knows it.

Aha. I see. Cheers. Will be fixed in V2.4. That is a bit like checking spellings in those old school essays we once had to write - the incorrect ones always look ok.
