I am using the latest indy on IBFX live, ver 2.3 and no tp yet also.

Today. It is really important that users keep up with the thread and read the latest posts. In amongst the banter and general chit-chat is factual information that is reflected in post 1 but not necessarily explicitly described there.

It is annoying to leave the thread for a few hours and return to find 20 pages added (I should know, it has happened to me) but reading them is essential. Most posts can be skimmed over, after all.

The indi has move on. If you have not moved on with it, then you can expect problems.

ummmmm... for those of us wanting to use total basket SL management... you could try this EA, written by you know who....

I have internalized a LOT of the inputs, to make it easy for baskets.. works like a charm, for both SL and TP if you want. By $ or by %, your choice.

Make the magic numbers match, I made it 12345 to match the BOJ EA... and put it on a different chart... does not matter what it is, time frame etc...

Works like a charm...

Try this - tis what I would do:

 

  1. Keep a copy of your current indi somewhere safe.
  2. Delete the indi from your folder.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Re-download the indi.
  5. Restart the platform.
  6. Drag the indi onto a chart and see if it gives a reading.
  7. Reload the robot and see if it gives line readings.

I describe this sort of thing as 'the nuclear option'. It is a bit of a faff but is sometimes the only way to clear out old gubbins that is stopping things from working properly.

That and making sure your stuff from post 1 is up to date. Having said that, downloads can become corrupted sometimes and cause their own probs as a result.

Hope you get this sorted out.

I think the 200 limit is for individual pairs, not the basket.

There's no problem with the indi readings on the chart, you can see it working just fine. (I always drag the indi on to see whats happening). It's just the White Line Readings in the Robot.
Im using a VPS so will have to try and clear it through the FTP client.
If it doesnt work will have to ask the VPS admin to re-install the Meta Trader Clients for each Broker.
