Hey guys, had a nice day today. +70 pips. thankyou fx for teaching this method and being so patient with us all. off to grow some new eye balls now ready for the hunt tomo. will try and work out how to put oanda charts up with lines on later. thankyou and goodnight from the uk.

Hi All,

Sorry I wasn`t about online posting during the day.

I tried to stand back with my trades today and not start snatching at every FCR which may or may not be a reversal, but shotting for the well formed larger entries and exits.

You can see the trades here - first meant I was in it for 3 and half hours.

Last trade still holding - thats one thing I can do now hold.

I can apperciate your honesty very much.. you brought up a very good point..
this is exactly why i want to be a voice in your head..
bcz I (fxachilies) have watched this type of opportunites fly right by me my eyes so manytimes that its countless... so i know how u guys feel and i know what stage each and everyone of u are... thats why i repeat myself again and again and again.. thats what i did to myself..
it will sink sooner or later if u stick with it..

now SP my friend, yesterday is history.. last runner is history.. no regrets.. learn from it and move on.. be glad that u are part of something that its working.. all u need to do is to catch the next ones and the ones after... but know this that u will miss more and it should not dicorage you to excel ur persistent..

ok my trades for the day..
i did not take the first two trades bcz i was not around then.. started the day with a fakeout and a BE for -10 then finished for +102..
it was prefect NY session.. cant ask for any better..
GO YANKEES......

now watch my chart as to where i draw my lines.. how i break down each trade and go to work when i am triggered..

A) i know my setup.. B) once triggered, i go to work to my first battle which is at the level line.. C) I recognize the position i am dealt with.. D) I prepared for my defensive play if its a fakeout, and if its a semi fakeout i play #1 by dealing with each hurdel and play although way up to the throat..

I need to try figure out how I can trade NYC, straight after I went to sleep (actually I just got triggered but was falling asleep at my PC so put a TP on) it went for that massive runner. I just need to figure out how to push myself that one extra hour.

I am going to try have a 20min - 30 min cat nap during London to make that extra hour in NYC.


Anyways,my trades for the day.
total was +35 for the day. Which was appalling since I was +40 up before London then missed the +60 runner because someone in the universe decided we humans need waste of time sleep..

Its not that, NYC moves between 8am and 10am NYC time, that is (now because NYC has turned back the clocks.....) means 12am - 2am at least here in Sydney. I work a day job. News is normally around that time which gets the market moving but I need to figure out how to be awake to trade it.

I don't get a chance to post much as I work (and try to trade during my work day) 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST. But I do read every post and am very thankful to FX and all others for their contributions.
Trade summary:
#1 I think I played this one by the book
#2 I should have used the #1 exit by the book and picked up another 20 pips.
#3 Should have given the pullback @ 4775 a little more room and got out @ 4745 per exit #1

But all in all happy with +71 for the day.

I think you had good day without that long entry and lost 22pips.Why did you go long at spot?why so late exit?Don't be too much upset about missing that nice runner.You will get next time.I think you done well only that big mistake was really bad thing in you trading day.

That loser was a bad one. FX put me straight, he said rather have been out on the #2g+ wondering where to get in then be in a losing trade like that..

That makes sense, I was undisciplined to play #2g+ on it.

Today is another day RBA announcement soon. EUR has moved quite a bit already today.

Damn its warm in Sydney today.
