possible trend reversal. shorted a little bit with momentum, but I am actually scared of such things. It is better not to be greedy.
as I mentioned Fooled by Randomness above. some guys make money by just waiting for such events and probably doing very little trading in between.

trend line is definitely broken.
today US news are coming. will be interesting to watch where all this will push the pair.
Some scenario for long and short. As we see line broken and break out zone coincide with 1.6586-1.6591 price for going short. Lower, last week 1.6327 was a good support. actually it is the area 1.5308-1.6327 now.
on next level 1.6274-1.6264 looks like has not been used for a while and lies there like a road mine.

I think it might be for next week unless those pr*ck Bernarcke says something he should not
Plus housing numbers.

It is ridiculous actually. I set 3 trades. took 1. all 3 made money. damn, I used to be really trigger happy. I leave too much on the table.

It is actually a good news. Take a long term view. You will be able to take all 3 win trades facing the same situation next time!

I know, but meanwhile seeing every day me letting trades I set go by. I am making calculations and it looks like I should make 2-4% weekly with 1:1 leverage by taking just 20 pips. was long on E/U today. again same thing. took 12, it went 50. But actually, it started happening this week, 2 weeks ago, I was taking 30-50 pips per trade. It is all after I lost 20% on demo trading BWILC Yeah, it is bad idea to let losses run. But it messed me good on my live accounts. It is hard to cut losses short on one account and let losses run on another. It is much easier to let them run and I got too lax. Now I have to take some control over myself and bring back to my good habit of cutting losses short.
With BRW method I trade real money. No demos.

I think it is too risky. Who knows how things will go. I prefer to wait a little bit and see as to where it will go. Trend line is clearly broken on 4H, but it still might test it. this GBP/JPY is a beast. I remember it going 250 pips in just few minutes without news , just after hitting 139.71 support. and not once but twice. may be it is reversal but may be it is the turn of side ways market.

I find video tutorials are one of the best ways for me to learn from other traders, also passing on what I have learnt so far helps me focus on what is important.

So in an effort to 'Pay it Forward' can I have suggestions for the subject of my second video tutorial?

Although it is not the main focus of NBT, I find your ability to draw diagonal trendline amazing. There is little about it mentioned in this thread, and it would be great if you may share!

Good topic, trendlines ARE s/r but they are also ambiguous which is why they need to be discussed regularly.

Spookily this week I decided I had been getting lazy and not using these enough so I'll get on to it.

Domino, have a look at the pdf file as mentioned in the first post.
you can also have a look at www.nobrainertrades.com where are some very instructive video's using this approach.
