Today levels I was looking at got almost no respect. only 1.6543 got touched and then gave 30 pips. But I did not take cause previous Resistance was too close and it was close to news. Took only next level and it was blown through, I took trade few pips above my numbers. But closed at only 12 pips. also gave 20. All other numbers were missed by good number of pips.
The price exactly behaved like some brick layer was working. Moving slowly. I hate to short such up trend. I like when it is moving fast, basically no foundation laid and as it moves up fast it fells fast.

i think this is the least of a trader's problem.
who would be using a non-profitable system? if a trader is using one, he will find out sooner or later.
the usual issue/s for a trader is Psychology (discipline, personal 'issues' that get reflected into trading , etc) &/or looking for the method/system that suits him/her. again, both take time & are trader-dependent.

however this is no strategy. Everyone sees things differently and enter or not is completely discretionary. Hence psychology is more important than when strategy says enter on signal exit on stop loss.

The contrary opinion is always right. The method has to be bulletproof. If not, then you are doomed to fail. Find what works for you and stick with it. Ok, enough of this, as it has been discussed alot of times. Regards.

bulletproof method?? that is tantamount to saying a certain method is the best.. or always wins... or does not need stop losses.. or the fantasy holy grail.
there is no single method that can claim to be 'bullet-proof'. u know that.

Life is complete disappointment
no wonder one of my favorite trading books is Fooled by randomness.
I have ben chating with one guy who created some kind of hedging system and says he almost never takes losses and is comfortable with 50-60% of unrealized loss... I referred him this book
