I'm feeling like a 6 y.o here since Saturday, after getting my first smartphone, a Nokia E71.

They finally reached an affordable price here in brazil and I'm dropping the 5kg Dell for the 50g Nokia to do the same job...

I'm simply amazed on the phone's capabilities, this one includes GPS also...

Today I went shopping for fabrics and - this time - with no folder stuffed with paper sheets and price lists and fabric lists and all. Just the cellphone. It felt sooo nice...

Feds to Issue New Medical Marijuana Policy

Federal drug agents won't pursue pot-smoking patients or their sanctioned suppliers in states that allow medical marijuana, under new legal guidelines to be issued Monday by the Obama administration.
Two Justice Department officials described the new policy to The Associated Press, saying prosecutors will be told it is not a good use of their time to arrest people who use or provide medical marijuana in strict compliance with state law.
The guidelines to be issued by the department do, however, make it clear that agents will go after people whose marijuana distribution goes beyond what is permitted under state law or use medical marijuana as a cover for other crimes, the officials said.
The new policy is a significant departure from the Bush administration, which insisted it would continue to enforce federal anti-pot laws regardless of state codes.
Fourteen states allow some use of marijuana for medical purposes: Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.

Actually I could as long as its replaced with something better
No going back to normal phones for me.

LOL.. I was between the Samsung Omnia and the Nokia E71. The GPS was the differential.

Man, traffic jams here are so stupid and growing so much, that I will try GPS to see if I can keep changing ways without ending up lost (as usual) here...

Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) -- European finance chiefs expressed “worries” about foreign-exchange movements and backed the U.S. administration’s stated preference for a strong dollar after the euro climbed to a 14-month high against the American currency.



“Excessive volatility” in currency rates is “bad for economic development,” European Central Bank President Jean- Claude Trichet said in an unscheduled appearance at a press conference late yesterday after a meeting of euro-area finance ministers in Luxembourg. “It’s a problem which worries us,” said Luxembourg’s Jean-Claude Juncker, who led the talks.

Well I'm waiting to see what NY does and it looks like everybody else is. I am long until 1.7

Seriously, 1.48 - 1.49 looks more serious sr level than 1.5 and we already closed above those. I think we'll fly up now. Just my opinion but good support now at 1.4950.

I just don't know why i don't see a 1.70 without a correction to 4800 or 4900, but is just me, don't follow me to the grave

Turns out, I made an incredible move by selling out yesterday.

At night, the government announced new taxes for foreign money coming into the stock market.

Today, Bovespa is down 4.5%, and the stocks I was holding until yesterday are down 3% and 8%

And I'm sound and safe and begging for new bargains

chonchy, you do know why they are relaxing the standards, don't you???

so they can increase your taxes to 90% on everyone, bend you over the table and you will not care about it, you will be stoned and stupid!!!

but hey, that is just my opinion, i could be wrong!!!

well I don't smoke anyways so they can't bend me over or not of that, it sounds painfull, but I do want to get in the bussines of selling the stuff with a license, even tho they tax me, there is always a way around taxes. saling medicinal marijuana could easily be a non profit organizacion you know

Looks like a correction is coming to the stock market, but the dollar disgust still prevails...
