They all have touched 8ema on 4hr.. You never know they might TC further. Waite at least a day on daily for more clarification. Daily giving more chance to go short if it closed bearish tomorrow.

Hi,

Just took a Long trade on the USDCAD abt 10 mins ago on the current bar with the arrow. When the bar closed, there was a TC. According to the rules once the price breaks the 21 MA, it will try to go to the 89MA. The sig bar is a strong one.

SL is at the arrow, first target is 30 PIPS, the rest to breakeven and the closure of the rest on the 89MA.

What do you guys think? Thanks for your posts and reply Phillip and also all contributing to this thread.

Yep andrew i entered it (demo). I like the strong bullish bar. Lets see if our anticipation about price going to the 89 is correct.
Sometimes...a super simple chart will just do tricks nicely. Here is one of my EU chart...only with Price Wave, Channel and Volume.

Already stoped out. Maybe 1.30 will hold. We will see. Otherwise i will be waiting for a TC to the downside after a retrace.

No, please. It is perfect. Using the rules and the rhythm of the 4h and then enter on another time frame while respecting the 4h rules. Exactly what I am trying to do lately.

Regarding your last post, I think that you are adding a new dimension to the 4h macd method and I like that very much. I always wondered if you enter a trade before the macd signal is completely developed because of other hints that the market might give ahead of time. I like the arguments you are making and I would like to see more of that.

Yes, I have taken a short on GU based on the sHs. I also took the RT and divergence on AUDJPY. AJ is doing very well but we will see what happens as both are CT trades. This is new for me so thanks Phil for spending so much time on RTs and RBs this time.
Once again...the Price Wave did a very good job so far...see the PA @ rectangulars in both h4 and h1.

Did anyone of you took the RT at 8:00 GMT+2 A/U today morning. Was a bit risky because it was a CT but I liked the lacking of momentum right below the TL. Closed everything @ 30+ around the 8EMA. Was the whole day online trying to catch a up a move in the 5m without any success.
If you check the GBPUSD chart you will recognize a divergence and also a double a double top at the MACD. This might be the signal for a false breakout of the TL. So be carefull.

Hi,

My previous trade on the USDCAD (long) got stopped out on the big blue arrow. I saw another one, where the red arrow is, the previous one bar from the current one.

I did not take the trade unfortunately, but I was there when the MACD turned. I was waiting for the price to got to the 21 MA and then look for a TC down to short.

I would like to ask Phillip or any other trader that can answer, should I have taken the previous trade the one with the big blue arrow and should I have given the next one, the red arrow, a miss?
