Hey Midnight Cowboy, you need to run the "THV Finale V4.exe" installer which will put the indies in place, then put the templates where you want them.

a question about the fine Trix MTF bar ...

in THV4 Trix MTF we have "h_shift" to shift the label, I miss that "h_shift" in our THV4 Cloud MTF

First trade today for me (+17), probably the last.

- Trendline Bounce
- Short term trend up
- Bullish Hidden Divergence
- Price above coral
- Because of above points, I don't wait for a clearance of the cloud

Out at 1.5837 (touch of MR1)

Big thanks to Cobra and team, I really feel like i'm getting a hang of this system. I may go live in a month or two if I keep up my winning streak.

Nothing for me this morning. Took a short earlier, but got out with BE. =P Was the only one I can really get out of using the rainbow as trend confirmation, even though price hasn't broken below 750 and 1500 MA yet, but thought there might be enough room to catch 10 pips before hitting the 750, got close, but missed my TP by 4 pips or so. Will be heading to work now, was hoping the only trade I can get in this morning will get me 10 pips, but oh well, there's always another time. =) Still trying to get a hang of everything. I entered based on regular Trix cross and from after retrace from rainbow, all colors are showing, and also there was a hidden bearish divergence, and price broke below R1 again. Thought it had a pretty good chance at the time anyways for at least 10 pips. ^^ Still learning and improving as I go. Any thoughts with this one MissPips? I drew the red line where I entered. Thanks.

When you are combining the rainbow with THV, you can take either a 6 point trade or a regular trix cross, as long as you have your three lower lows (or higher highs for a long) and you can see all the colors of the rainbow. The reason is that all we are really doing with the rainbow is trying to make sure we are trading with a trend (even if it's only on the 1m chart). Trix crosses are also perfectly good trades to take and generally speaking once you have three higher highs or lower lows and you see the rainbow, the odds are that you have enough of a trend that you will get your 10 pips without getting whipsawed out of the trade (as long as you check for obstacles, of course). In a choppy situation, the trend will usually not manage three higher highs (or lower lows) plus another trix cross. It will usually reverse before that.

So, you could have taken a trade where I show in the screen below. It's not ideal because the 5m trix is oversold and going against the trade, and PA is not below the 15m coral, however the odds are still pretty good for this kind of trade as long as it meets the conditions mentioned above. In its favor is that PA is bouncing off of the coral , the 15m trix is nice and spread out and you have both a 6 pint divergence trade and a regular trix cross at the zero line.

The reason for waiting for PA to get below the 15m coral and the 30 m coral is that if PA can't break these two, you probably have a retrace against the main trend, and not the start of a new trend.
However, when you've had a strong enough move to result in the MAs that represent the 5, 15 and 30m coral being spread out, then you can look for a retrace trade as long as you have 10 pips between the trade and the next MA - because PA will probably bounce off these MAs, and you don't know which bounce will turn the trend around.

The exe file in the zipped folder wont install, it keeps saying access denied. I got everything else, just not the V4 indies. Guess Ill just ave to stick with V3. this sucks.

Ah, thanks. I entered one retracement too late then. That chart helped explain a lot of things on the other indicator I can look for as well. You've explained it very well. I can see where I can improve from my trade now. =)

I had the same problem. Solved it by logging in and installing it as Admin ( on Vista). Works fine now.

Hey Guys, Cobra..Miss Pips..and everyone

Do you think it would be helpful to have a live chatroom we could meet in to instantley fire ideas, signals & trades at one another live ? Or would that be too difficult whilst trading do you think ?

What sucks is Vista, why you as a user don't get permission to install a exe file? Who's the boss? You or the puter?

This is what happened today.

The first red box is the 4H candle close, it's right on the pips a 4H Support, "they" tried to push it below in the last minutes without success. The result was a well formed bull flag and that PA jumped up like a coil.

Entries where taken on 1M and exits on psychlevel and S&R.

The fact that I went out of trade at todays high was luck, it could have gone further but my book was filled after 3 hours work and enough is enough.
