Feline - read the thread, get up to date and work it out...I've been on the receiving end of this sort of response and believe me it is the best response of all. Do some work brother - this is a serious method and it's sitting here for grabs - don't ask Fx to trade for you...work it out, make the mistakes and learn.

I don't see why anyone should have exited until price had tested the low,which it broke at 75?
I came out because the price retraced after only a pip or two in my favour. Within this range bound area of the chart it seems anything can happen - and as the high probability trades are most fruitful - to be in a 50/50 situation is just chance (low probability), and leaves me biting my nails and hoping for the gods to save me. As it happened it retraced very deep (95% - Feb tells us beyond 50% suggests weakness in the other direction) and then turned around to break through which provided another entry opportunity which I took very cautiously, but again it retraced after a very few pips in my favour and with several layers of Lows immediately ahead. So I'm out -1.5 ready for the next bus, not stuck in the middle stressed out. LIke I say - maybe this isn't the optimum thinking - and I'd love anyone who can help me think better to feedback...here to learn.

Hey Feline my friend, I mean you no disrespect at all. My laughter is that I recognise the response. I know how vulnerable making choices is - believe me, I am a worrier!!! I also know that when I ask a question publicly it leaves me wondering if I have made myself look an idiot. But every question helps others learn - so keep asking them, but be prepared for the best answer - which sometimes is no answer at all!!!
The question you ask is one that is dealt with in the simple principles of the thread. Go dig it out. Don't give up. Make mistakes have successes and then share them - then we'll all learn from them.
If you ask Fx a question be prepared to get a response that challenges you to go deeper. This is a great example...he doesn't spoonfeed - which is one of the things that makes him a great teacher.
We all turn up to this thread because we need it - it's supportive, reassuring, challenging, frustrating, and informative - and we do a lot for each other. Asking for that is not bad. But you have to read the basics and (new word) 'absurb it' (Fx's word) - get bizzy with the fizzy man.
Nobody wishes you anything but success. I hope you keep asking the questions and keep applying the tools. Your journey is going to help us all - just go fill in the gaps.

see a guy like this that does his homework and is dedicated and works hard like many of you out there these day, to name afew that come to mind such as Jplo, macdaddy, elizo, dim, sedona, enox, john888, (sorry if missed any names)..
