Part of my problem is changing methods. I'm so guilty of jumping from method to method that I felt negative about this change at first. But I think it will be easy.

this is not a method change, this is just a way thinking change , we will follow Ichi as usual but with some new tricks to help us jump with the trend

also read Sinner's thread and the Bill Williams method, then start thinking of them with Ichimoku, am sure you gonna like them together

Talk on the wire of USD/JPY bids around the 89.9 zone and offers at 90.2-90.3 zone. Looks like the PA has spent the afternoon chewing through those offers trying to hit some volume.

Break of 90.2 with some volume and we could be going up a long way.

Signs of reversal started to show on 30 mins , i'll jump out now and will be looking to reenter again later

its a Divergence signal on 1 Hr followed by a fractal , the entry was to be @ 0.9281

Hi vic, I exit all longs at 90.37, looks like I could have held out for 90.4 and above, but got spooked by volume entering the market. But it looks like without Tokyo and New York trading today that there are no U/J sellers on the offer.

+91 pips for the day. Home time, good night.

Lightbulb came on Vic. Having read both threads many times during last few weeks helped me put this together with ichi for a double whamee! BAM!

It is so easy. My forex education was on overload and I hit the wall last night when you announced another change for me to chase.

This morning it clicked and I am now trying to find something confusing about it.

Don't think there is any hard stuff here...just constant analysing ichi in 1h and higher looking for strong Support/Resistance areas price can bounce off of or be attracted to. That's how I see it so far.

Look forward to more analysis of higher TF's using Dimension. This is the only part requiring some ichi understanding.

Entries are easy using divergence candles after 5 candles in one direction.

Let's have fun.

I wish I could settle down to one system...but I have to say Ichi does have a magnatism too it...its hard to argue with the set up.

Whats the new system then guys ?

See post 4840 for Vic's Dimension which is easy; he found divergent candles after 5 candles moving in same direction in a row can be traded against the 4h and day trend...but only if strong S/R caused a bounce or can become a magnet to draw price to. That's how I understand it so far. Will be studying 4h and day chart to see more of this.

Having read " A new dimension", part of it looks very much like a system I was trying out and using back in August, although it was a plain chart and only price action, no indicators.

Expect that one used the pin reversal candles on the daily chart. There were many other signals to look for before and after that pin bar, but that was the main signal, so I can relate to that part a least. I found those pins very reliable and on demo accounts made serious money....like in 5 days went from £5K too £35K (silly lots sizes though !) but never went live with it as you are waiting and only get a few signals a month.

I just feel although that trading that system on the daily is a stress free and a very reliable method you tend to miss a lot of pip oppertunites.

But I was reading another thread on the FF forum that used M5 TF with pin bars, serveral ema's and more importantly divergence on the RSI set to 6. Looked pretty good.

I think there a lot to be said for combining systems to see which gives you early enter and the best exit points. Anyway that what Ive been trying.

I've opened a short with the fractal strategy and I've got a very good profit this morning with GBP/USD in TF30.

US market will be closed this afternoon so I'll stay out.

thanks a lot for new dimension, i'm starting practising it, it seems it has a great potential.
I have one question - i dont see Chikou on your template, does it mean you dont care about it's sentiment using divergent candles and fractals?

Here's another GBPCHF re-entry trade. I seem to have been shorting GBPCHF for the past 2 weeks now
I could have entered on the bounce off the 30min Ks but I decided to wait for a close under the support area and this coincided with a 30min Ts/Ks cross.
Exited when the CSTL broke for around 70pips.

It was just on the fractal because the bearish trend was clear with Ichimoku (Daily,H4 and H1)
