This chart has struck my attention. It might be how gator finds his lines but on smaller levels. This would be a bearish chart using the high for levels of potential support and resistance. It's help up so far.

Edit: Added bullish chart. Seems with the bullish chart if it breaks the new high it could take a trip to 1.5+

Ignore the dotted lines on this chart, but the trendlines are working well. I shorted this at 4715 with a SL at 4720 and a TP at 4660, but I may cash in at the median line of 4680 ish if this thing runs out of steam. Like I said, this might bite me but my SL is now at BE so we shall see.

Edit: Stopped out at BE!

This is how I look at it.
Playing according to my plans and rules.
No matter what CNBC says and others are doing.
It is enough if I am right 50% of the time with 1/1 r/r.

i don't give much thought to what cnbc says. most of the time they are just running off at the mouth.

Looks good Chicky....we are more or less on the same page here. We are playing around at the weekly pivot, so I'll wait for a break before I enter again.

I am bearing in mind that this could end up at 1.5xxxx, but somehow I don't think it will this week.

Real I am open mindidly looking at it.
I am short at the moment because it offers better r/r but can go long any time because longs will offer better r/r/ after the break. Don't mind losing few pips when plenty are there at the other side.

Same.....I'll buy if it looks good, just now though I'll look for short opprtunities. I need to have a clean slate in about 10 hours time though because I'll be away until Monday and I don't like to leave a trade over the weekend with the type of PA we have been seeing as of late.

Tokyo sets the market direction most of the time. However, Franky and London provide entry opportunities. You may like to study what happened last night.

Thanks...I'm looking into it as we speak. I trade the USD/JPY pair as well and I notice just how often the pair will return to the DP over night....NZ time.

I went long on the EUR/USD at 4714 with SL now at BE. No target set at the moment

I set my TP at 4787 (R2), but I may extend that depending on the PA when it get's there....or when my time runs out for trading this week

Once it crosses 1.4755 in can happen this week.
I'll wait until Asia close. Maybe able to get a good entry.

Probably a horizontal resistance keeping it from going further up.
But session after Asia close may confirm if this is the top.
