Waiting for EU to reach S1 then waiting for reaction. 1.4670 was a confluence area as well. AUD/usd waiting to see if it will go to Daily pivot and then turn up

10/6 is on the FDate report as an "*" (asterisk) turn date. The "*" dates tend to be higher probability for reversals than non "*" listed, so I keep my eyes on support/resistance during these particular dates.
Clearly prices have moved a little higher on 10/7, but that just heats up the probability of the reversal top originally determined for 10/6. One daily bar off is not an issue. Keep an eye out for resistance levels today, because one is likely to mark the short-term reversal high/top in AUD for the week.

Went long at .8892. Took a breakeven stop.
Think I'll hide and watch until tonights' employment numbers.

i ll give u a good hint ,,, look in forex news when last time the report is issued and if its negative or positive and go back on ur charts to this date at the same time and see how it affected it
last time the employment change report for the AUD came out , it was the 10th of sep , and it was negative and it pushed it down for around 50 pips in the first hour and 80 pips till it bounced back from support ,,
at the same time there was the unemployment rate which came out positive but still it went down as the influence of the negative employment change report was stronger
maybe the same scenario will happen today and maybe not
the forcats says that they r expecting a recover in the employment change report ,, big recover ,, lets wait and see whats gonna happen

LOL, I'm on the NZD short team still; it almost broke 0.7400 last night! Had a nice little dip today but still very strong support holding 0.7300 so far.

Short A/U 0.89115 on low vol upmove. SL 0.89215. Also holding short gold (still short from London last night) and long U/J (at Sydney open).
