im drinking some beers, and i feel like sharing how i see the chart

iml try to explain it in a cool way

i look at 1 week at a time, i try to guess where price is going this week only

i only look at h4 and up

i start at monthly
im going to show each chart, and how i draw my lines



notice i only draw the 2 nearest lines, the line above and the line below, the 2 most likely support and resistance points wel see next, and trust me, wel see one of them

now to check the weekly


i added another line, that showed significance

now to check daily


i added 2 more lines on daily

h4 is low as i go, you dont need go any lower
on this tf il add my final lines
il enable period seperators, and il see the best plan for the week

now also notice the 2 sells i have open
i added these because of two more lines i added


price also hit another line, i did not ad a sell there because its to close to another trade

over trading of trades will get you

i do have a mental sl areah, my tp areah is further away than where il realy exit, i like to see how things work out before i exit

my bias is neither up or down
you cannot predict what gets hit first

being very patient is greatly in my favor
by waiting on price to hit these levels, and having a "i dont care" attitude
time pays off

dont realy matter what the trend is, its being able to capture up and down moves that i do

even if im wrong, and price keeps going against me, il evenbtually take the loss
then il make it up

going forward, trading in real time, these things look better in the past, trade the past

s/r is trading the past

some things i thought about adding is

when looking at h4, seeing 3-4 bars in a areah is a consolidation, which means ur at a important level, 3-4 bars of around equal length
like now

price usually reverses 1-3 times a week, at least mid way through the week

im moving my trades here, since i dont trade this anyway

i am detecting small price-action divergencies ... so i will short the upticks with a risk @ 1049 and a reward @ 1021.

in case risk is broken ... i'd consider to revert the trade letting it run freely to the upside until gmt closing time with a stop-loss at today's low.

i am sidelines atm... but maybe london will play out a short at this levels aiming yesterday's high ... if this happens i will long at those levels with a sl at todays lows... letting it run freely till it reaches the sky ..

potencial wedge break invalidated ... so ... having the rest of day off... cya everybody.

I set a sell limit order at the nearest resistance level and while i was away, the trade was triggered. Now at +40 pips. This simply rocks.
