DislikedI tried MD last year and I gave up because there were a lot of problems also with data, but now I'm trying it again coz it has a real good out of the box tools that are worth for my trading stile, and seems the data with infinity future is now good.
The zero you saw on my picture are due to that I set a filter for the volume, so it displays only the box with that volume, and if u see the price react to it.

DislikedHey bud,
It doesn't matter too much.. You were not trading orderflow anyways, just market profile which is a whole other ballgame in itself.Ignored

Disliked... appears to be here: http://www.lind-waldock.com/education/ewire/archives/703/feature02.shtml
However, this doesn't really relate to forex does it? The only problem is getting access to FOREX orderflow, not necessarily how to read it.
You need to have it in your hand before you can use it.Ignored
DislikedI was posting in 2 parts, so answered your question in my second post. You can get the orderflow information from an ECN broker or esignal. They both work.
Yes, this relates to Forex.Ignored
DislikedFudomyo,
My post was a link to the source of your information as the jpg you posted is too pixilated (is that even a word?) to read.
Having missed the part about your posts being in 2 posts, I presumed you were only posting that article with no sources of where to get orderflow information, as many others have done so before you in this thread.
My apologies for jumping to conclusions.
Having purchased an esignal feed some time back for testing purposes, I can't see anything in it that relates to orderflow....Ignored
DislikedWith esignal, the basic charting package doesn't include GTIS Forex or Forex Depth. these are add-ons.Ignored
QuoteDisliked...have been talking with esignal about which add ons I need. I will share my information with you when I have more...
DislikedYup. The heart of the matter is that the MBT orberbook does not show real orders. It's a synthetic book managed by an trading desk. You'll see MBT customer orders ofcourse, but that isn't indicative of what the real market is doing. Durring NFP you'll see spreads on MBT blow out to 10+ pips, while the real market will only be at 3-5.
Just a quick FYI, the MBT orderbook is complete BS. Even if the entire book was consumed in one direction, interbank pricing wouldn't move. You may glean something from it, but it is unlikely to be of much benefit...Ignored
