Not a strong sell signal since the CS is bullish.

DislikedIt is always hard to sit and wait for trades to develope but this is what you have to learn...is to sit on your hands until a great trade sets up for you.
Too many new warriors I am reading are so itchy to trade and this will lead to nothing but a depleted account.
Try to trade a daily chart for the next couple on months...then if you are successful at making money...then move to a 4hr and trade that for a few months....Ignored

DislikedHey Golfer,
We can only try to tell people this hey
I think everyone eventually has the realisation that patience wins in the long run.
How are things with you? We're currently watching the E/J and CHF/J as they're the closest to giving a signal. Maybe tonight or during asia.
Cheers.Ignored
DislikedHello Guys
sorry i was away again today, my bloody job is killing my time , any way let me get to the point , i just wanted to give you a clear example of the flat Kumo and how it affect the price , as you see in the USD JPY 4Hrs chart, after the last droop the price started to consolidate and then attracted by the flat Kummo on the 4hrs, this area is supposed to act as a first line of resistance.
so it is very clear now that we have to take care of the flat Kumo and Ts Ks
feel free to ask about anything
have a nice day

DislikedIt sounds like you have a contradictory opinion on how a newbie should be trading to that of Vic. Last week he had suggested trading the small TFs minimizing risk and being in for a short period of time. Unfortunately I can see both being valid for new traders. Long TFs you just put your trade in and let it go taking emotion away from the computer, but your stops end up being further away which in turn makes trading lower TFs the way to go. In and out 'quickly'. I think it does depend on the trader and what they want to do. For me, I see trading...Ignored
Dislikedhi
on both pairs we have neutral bearish cross and price still in kumo, but on H4 KJ is flat - will you open short with such flat KJ?
However on H4 KJ should start going down on next candles.

DislikedHi Fk,
The most important thing for new traders to do is take things slow and steady.
What golfer is referring to is more the haste with which so many people are trying to make mountains of cash and then getting upset when they make losses, rather than the shortness of the TF.
Some guys are getting on here and posting "there's an entry signal on the 5 min chart and it's supported on the 15min and 30min chart" and then wondering why their trades are failing and they're getting upset.
Vic's point regarding trading the lower TF's is designed...Ignored
DislikedThank you very much 4x. I defintiely understand that patience is key and is why, even though I thought about opening up the charts earlier, I haven't bothered. I have to learn that if I missed one trade, it doesn't mean I've missed all of them to come
I guess I misunderstood what Vic and golfer were saying. I didn't want to sound like we're to disregard higher tf's and what they're saying. But I do see how it definitely sounds like i did
Can anyone tell me how to get good screenshots up on here so I can display what I'm entering on...Ignored
DislikedOK ) I just want to know how read rigth the signals of indicator "Ichimoku Signal v2"
We can see this indicator at other ppl ))) each use it.Ignored
DislikedHi Vic,
Ok, So this is an example of The Equilibrium Power of the Kumo Span B atracting or pulling the PA to it and then here, acting as a resitance level to the PA. - Yes?
1) So if the it holds as Resistance we are looking for a continuation of down trend?
(back to the M5 looking for and taking short setups)
2) If Span B is broken long, we could be looking at a trend change to the up side?
(sitting on hands waiting for trend change confirmation from higher TF's)Ignored
DislikedI think some are waiting on CHFJPY at the moment aren't you?
Would you take a close below the kumo as a valid signal to then go short on the lower timeframes? The cross is inside the cloud but if we close below the kumo in a few hours then the chinkou will have a strong sell and Ts will be below Ks.
This is the 1hr chart:

DislikedHi SM,
The signal we are waiting for is a TS/KS cross on the 1hr below the kumo and then an entry signal on the 5min time frame.
When the price is in the kumo and not supported below it by a TS/KS cross it is very much in neutral territory and is a bit of a lottery guess as to whether it will continue down or bounce straight back up.
This pair moves slowly and carefully so it is worth the wait because once the signal arrives it should carry us through 86.00 to the 85.00 area.
Cheers.Ignored
DislikedOk, so you definitely want the cross below the kumo.
I guess there are times where the cross happens in the cloud and price moves down but never crosses over again for a few hundred pips - I suppose that's one option I was referring to. On a down move like that, there could still be many lower TF entries but because there was no cross on the 1hr TF, you wouldn't take any ?Ignored
