Ok, took that fake long as well, stopped out for -21 (my entry was horrible), and short at 13 now. SL moved to BE above the new FCR

Hi its fx here..
I take it you guys like todays market a lil better.. no complaints!!!!!!.. lol
and its safe to say you dig the shit out of how #2 (expectancy) bailes you out of wrong direction and IF and Then puts you right back in the profitable direction..

sticking to the plan.. remember that.. make sense now?
saves you from disaster.. bailes you for less damage or BE, on bad days.. and makes you mega bucks on good days.. not bad..
can you dig it.. (shaq..lol)
now the more your stick to the plan and practise it and witness different situation under pressure (winning or losing) the more confidence you gain on what works and what does not.. and gain more confidentce in your ability.. and belive more in sticking to the plan things..
its all mental boys..

the availabe tools here are far from cut and dry X's and O's.. there no more than a simple theory.. outside the box thinking..

we got our first fcr at 4579.. I have locked in my profit and +25 and my sl at 87..

I think I am pushing this, I dont see that was a sharp pullback at all. I also want to see a FCR formed, I am trading a lighter load then normal so I set my SL to break even. will move it down to an FCR and watch this LL. It it hard reverses then I lose the at break even.

Perhaps this is not right trading but I have a problem with when to getting out. I need solid stratergy for myself ,regardless how hard I need to push myself I need to break my mental self so to speak. I need to shut that "little voice" up therefore I am pushing myself to leave trades and look for reasons why to stay IN a trade instead of getting out quickly.

Its my training , I want to be doing this for a long long time, may as well start with the habits to help me do that now

I think I failed in the battle with my voices, profit or not. Now I'm out I can see that I could have set a SL to protect some profit while still being in the swing - "you have to be in it to win it". IMHO you are doing it right mate...beating the demons...
