i know this thread is about PA... i've been trading since 1983.. before the big one..lol a used to draw my own charts by hand.. swing charts.. no MA'S.. EMA'S and all this shit .... but i had a much bigger portfolio so i could (SWING) longer lol...( and i was younger too)..lol Anyway i was mentionning pivots for only one reason... there are a lot of newbies on this thread.. I MEAN REAL ONES.. not only to this thread... and (SYSTEM)... who have no ideas at all about trading... atm we are between 2 pivots WEEKLY AT 1.4661 and DAILY at 1.46968... hence the up and down between those 2 numbers. I took a long from 1.46320 this morning and i'm still long..with stop loss at 1.47056. My mentionning about pivots was to warn newbies that nothing will go UP OR DOWN until it clears those 2 pivots.. SORRY TO HAVE DISTURBED YOU..

FX.. don't get me wrong.. i like this thread because it's much more the way i've traded all my life.. NO FRILLS... keep it simple, but sometimes i see a lot of new people trying to catch EVERY move or fcrs etc.. so that's all.. anyway good trading to all.. i've done my day already...

for instance.. why go short at 1.46760 when the price is ABOVE weekly pivot.. which is a strong support?? that's all. cheers

In my humble and flawed opinion I see an fcr at 14690 but no upper bracket although failure at 14692 might form one.

FOURX.. because i could feel the price HAD to go back towards pivot... (many years of trading)... i had tight stops... etc.. no big deal... i'm also a contrarian trader ... when price is too far off mean average... it's like a spring.. it goes back to it.. but anyway i won't bother you anymore.. PROMESS.

its ok losing is part of our agenda.. they will learn there way through twist and turns and agonies..
they know.. they know when fcr's get to close to each other that means choppy monster is alive and they will be either more carefull or play there #2 more aggresively..

ps) weekly pivots are meant to be broken too, at anytime anywhere in the chart for any reason..

hmm there are differences between the broker feed maybe because sometimes i cannot see what were talking about. or maybe its that i still just dont know what i'm really looking for
