Agreed. However, this was a top class one in my humble opinion, since retrace came back to the entry point and did it in a very nasty way. But you are right, again... stick to the plan, no fear to losses, IF...THEN and #1 & #2 dance...

One question if I can... when it came back to around entry point how was your rationale there, if you remember?

If anybody wants a method of to help them get used to the allowing the trade to run, try this!

when price has moved into profit half the distance of your stop/risk (20pip stop = 10pips), close 2/3 of the trade and allow the trade to develop from there.

when you close 2/3 you cannot lose on the trade,so you can relax and watch it develop

anytime you close a runner at above 50pips you have done good.. unless when we get bigtime straight line runner and in those situations you my have the lugxury to lock 50-60 pips then let that baby run..

i don't underestimet you.. make a zillion i can care or less.. i just don't see your none backing style of doing things is suitable for this threads direction..
it deviates and confuses people from the original core of this thread and current fase of it as a advance countinuation of original course..

Hello Everyone,

I discovered this thread yesterday and was blown away. As suggested, I read this from the start and got to about page 100 and was itching to go.

Just to let you all know, I took my first 20 pips from GBPUSD. I want to follow you guys so I know I can practice this thing. As I've only gotten up to page 100, I still don't know what #1 means but I've figured out the FCR. I'm looking at EURUSD on the 5M, but I'll be honest and say that I also look at it in the 1M

All nice. So what is everyone seeing now?
I've placed the following order:

SHORT @ 1.4767 based on FCR 1.4771, stop 10pips, tp 30 pips
Does this look valid?

I think its time to talk a bit serious for the sake of the thread..
to begin with..
this thread is about training your naked eyes to read the market with your very naked chart in the 5m timeframe.. the start up and the backbone tools were implanted by feb from the begining.. with PA as the one and only indicator guide and two horizontal lines.. nothing else.

now in Febs absence when thread was totaly dead.. I decided to keep it alive and Monda joined me shortly after.. this is way before you arrived..
and I have done my best to keep this thread to its original as possible.. when manytimes it was getting diviated it took me a large effort
to keep it in the direction that it is today that everyone can benefit from..
along the line I have added some structure and guidance to help people with there expectancy in same line and path of original direction of the thread..
FCR= mini 123 and #1&2 (both approved by feb).. and i lead by doing live time reall trades explain things in the bright daylight with clarity..
by doing so I have put myself on the line each and everytime (not an a easy thing to do).. I have answered there positive and negative comments and questions..
and made them understand with solid live examples.. and its evident that my way which is stricktly the countinuation of feb's implant is working and its even more evident due to enormous growth of the thread..
this thread is about getting in early.. manage to last, and pass a couple of hurdels in order to catch a runner.. thats it..
our job discription is to catch runners.. and we stick to price as our one and only indicator..
in this thread having a indicator mentality is intolerable.. making predictions are definatly intolerable..
anyone that thinks and acts different than above, he/she obviously got a different direction and path of trading than the rest of us in this thread and is
suitable for a different thread..
Dare.. your way of trading and your comments is different than most of 60 other people that are here everyday.. you make my life a lot harder..
(i have mentiond this to you before if you recall)
but more importantly you counfuse the hell out of people when you come in and just spit some kind of unrelated or opposit comments
or stragety than what this thread offers.. such as for one, cutting profit short (+21).. when i am tearing my ass to show these guys how you can overcome that and be
more profitable.. and lead with live example as to how is done and prove it time and time again that this is the way to go to become more successfull..
obviuos successful progress examples are guys like.. Paul L.. Jako.. Davidb.. and couple of others..
(its not about not banking profit its about what you do afterward.. avoid getting involve with risky countiuation signals at no mansland and etc..)
or coming in and talking about some kind of
prediction or expectaion of what price will do next, without any solid ground reasoning behind it.. even if you do have solid reasoning
behind it its simply not for this thread, even if you make a zillion of dollars with it.. your more than welcome to open your own
thread and talk about it all you want..
this threads direction is very clear.. this time around with all do respect i am going to ask, anyone that deviates from our thread direction.. I simply ask to
either get on the same page as rest of us or have no choice to ask for your leave of absence..

Ok, clarifying things is always great, especially when stated with a lot of respect.

Now, back to business, which is why I am here: 2 little FCRs formed very next: one at 79, the other one at 73. I guess if we will catch the bearish bus it's better to wait for the latter one. However, price was rejected twice in the former, which gives it more importance.

It's probably not the most important question on this thread. However, I would like to see your views on this, guys. Any opinions about it? Where would you set your entry point?
