It got me in and turned right away, closed out for -10 long limit order still in.

unfortunately, I agree with you. You exited for -10 when your SL was, say, 8 pips away from that point? Being bracketed, the most typical thing is the pair to go to the upper boundary and then come back to test the new lows (playing #2). Even in case that market goes to the moon, you play the IF...THEN and enter long on the breakthrough of the upper boundary to ride the wild bull.

One thing I have learnt from FX is not to be afraid of being touched in your hard SL (losses are part of the plan), especially when there is a reasonable probability for PA to comeback and give you the opportunity to exit at BE.

Not trying to lecture anybody, especially bearing in mind that I am a newbie in the thread. Just trying to help. Hope it does.

long at 4722. stop trail - 4718 now (when price is 4732)

I am afraid it's too early, but my finger exited for +5... he did not see speed or rythm here but just hesitation and probably the formation of a broader bracket.

What expetancy? What did you expect, it to push up 30 pips in one candle?
I am giving it a little room to breath. jeez, lets see what it does before we close it out
