Wow you are doing really well.
A professional trader who has helped me hugely with my trading psychology told me that if you get to the end of your first year trading and you are break even then you are most likely going to make it. I know that is not what most people want to hear and the brokers would like us to believe that its the road to instant riches so we give them all our money. Its a long hard road and a lot to learn about yourself as well as trading.
I firmly believe the pips dont count, the percentage gains do.

Hi strat.. Nice charts u have there.... Like all of them But I notice that all your charts are not with the MA's.... had u taken them off already ? I'm still on page 69 of the thread.. still come catching up to do

This is correct. Easy initial gans produce laziness. Most suffering losses never adjust successfully to be consistent.

I just post clean charts so that everything can be seen without the distraction of MAs and S&R levels.

Am giving it a try, well always a first time Here's the attached chart of Weekly and Daily EUR/USD. Refering to the weekly, price has failed to close above the minor resistance that I have on my chart, 1.4723.

The current Sunday bar seems likely to close as a harami. Will put a stop order to go short 10 pips below friday's low. That area is also a 61.8% drawn on the weekly. 1st Tp will be 1.4515ish as there's the Daily 20 and a broken trendline.

Please comment and feedback on my analysis.. appreciate it very much

I see no price action setups on your charts to indicate why you are going short.

Only a large BEEB or a Shooting star would convince me to go counter trend on this pair, and i would move my stops to BE ASAP if it broke my way.

Yea Strat, guess that your answer further helps me understand the Dr.Joe's story. Always follow the trend. I figure by posting and asking questions will help myself absorb faster.

Make sure you can recognise "a" trend and then recognise trends within trends before you even think of getting anywhere near a trade.

Here is a trade i like right now.

Price has broken the immediate down DSRI with a re-test of it and the 85 level as support on friday.

I have another pending order 10 pips above fridays candle to add to my position, stops have already been moved to protect initial position.

First chart is D1 second chart is H4

I was going to post this chart tonight too. I really like this long but I am waiting for it to break 86. Just in case .....
I like AUDJPY long but want to see it break 80 too. NZDJPY has broken out of a similar wedge and looks all set for 66.00

OK, do I have to say it? You don't make money picking tops and bottoms!!

You are not smarter than everone else, you won't be earlier than everyone else. See it for what it is and let the market move you. There's a modern one Strat! ("let the rhythm move you...bonk...bonk.....c'mon let's work...baby.....la la la)
