Cool Runnings intraday swing trading

Hello Everyone! Everything has settled into a range, and some pairs are squeezing into consolidations, but nothing attractive to me as far as setups. PA has been sloppy at best, and if you are good at playing bounces, like FXAdvice, then you have a chance to make some pips. Waiting for decisive breaks have been difficult. I'll post something if I see something favorable develop.

Hi FXDAD,
You mentioned in the pass that you were a chart junkie, you love charts. Tell me, what do you look for on the charts. I'm trying to trade PA, SR without any indicators except for CCI on the 15m, knowing where to put the lines is not always easy. Your comments are appreciated.

Hey Nick,

I draw all my own S/R lines (yellow), and trendlines. I also watch the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Pivots. Exits and entries are based mostly on PA, and the time of day. I mostly like to enter trades just before or after the London and Tokyo session opens, watching for range breaks, consolidation breaks or breaks off a major level. Take a look at the videos I've posted, and also, please come sit in on the free trade room. I won't be there this Monday or Tuesday (London Session), but there are other great traders in to room, so check it out if you have a chance. It's a free resource, and all we discuss is PA and S/R. Haven't been posting. Market has not been setting up well for me. So, I've been quiet. We're in the trade room now, but all is quiet.

Market in range so no trade is best trade

Going into Tokyo Session, I agree with FXAdvice.

PA is ugly and nothing is setting up that I would want to trade at the moment. Going into this time, I like to see price consolidations, and the only ones forming are on the USDCHF and the USDCAD, which I don't trade, for the general lack of movement during the Asian session.

yeah nice retrace was good for about 60 pips 4 me, still new in this so only get rather small gains, but with ur advice it looks much more green...
