Which pairs are the best to use with daily pivot points? I know GbpUsd follows them quite well but which others? Thanks

Which pairs? What diofference it makes? I don't think there are better and worse pairs to trade pivot points.

You could always plot them on the chart and see for yourself as well, it doesnt take too much effort. If your pivots dont do historical try this one, its my favorite for its versatility.
