yes i use all of the time frames to see where are the compression ( temporary aggreement on price valuation), it depend what chart you want to trade? and stick with thats chart then move your eyes to the quote price you will see where the support and resistance are and finally you watch the candle formations, make trade/s !

Thanks Ben10, It seems the the WMAs would work the best on the 1M chart maybe 5M.

"AussieMatt, use the twin first ! and control the exposure: say you are short aud/usd and she prove you wrong you had to buy aud/jpy long to stop bleeding , its eliminate stop loss function then back to your original plan which is to short aud/usd, find the better trade or price to add and when you are in profit again you buy aud/jpy long to locked in profit , it eliminate "take profit" function . Only if your trades in profits you may look into shorting the usd/jpy at best price"

if you trade the euro on 5 second chart at european session what is the support and resistance(everytime compression accured) ? thats your dollar risk! unfortunately im at work during that session

I beleive the twin reference is AUDJPY

That's what I thought. Thanks! does anyone here find it strange that A/U has gone for new highs but A/J has been capped off @ 80.00 so far? Normally A/J has a lot of move in it.

I always have a 50 ema on my 5-15M chart,well all but on those TFs especially 5-15M I have noticed a retrace wil come down to it and then continue the trend direction

on synthetic front position play, I would like to create a bigger gap between aud/jpy long and aud/usd short so i could get the best price for usd/yen long(syn) or aud/jpy : aud/usd= usd/jpy , so basicly i expect the ranging play, bouncing back and forth on the markets front to have the best out come, prefer on 15 minute chart

if i could create average position 79.00/0.8650=91.32 where do you think i will attack the yen short ? above 91.32 or better ofcourse

Patience your comments are always great, I cought up last year in EURUSD in late Nov, went short with the trend and just after that the massive retracement happened.
I have some questions from you if you dont mind,
first I notice you are posting SSI from Dailyfx, it seems you have FXCM account, are they good? and do you use their automated signals? I heard they are fairly profitable.
second, is the bank of scotland reprot is a free one or you need to pay,if it's free I appreciate you share the link,
at finally, I'd like to know your idea about COT index, do you prefer SSI to it or just coz SSI is twice a day seems better option?

a-ha you got good eyes thats why the usd/yen falling becouse the gap getting bigger do the math the value change ! what happen if she stall and aud/usd shoot up? 79.00/0.900= 87.77

I have never looked at it that way. Thank you for this post. I suddenly realized that perhaps, a little math could be used here. I still have to figure out how but your input is very much appreciated.
