Yes it is, but you don't need one ............. at least for now.

For those who feel in need of such devices, are hereby warned that these mechanical devices are no better than any EA. The best option would be to look for an ES (Expert Sexpert). This option will counteract shrinkage but the side effects include pocket shrinkage, family shrinkage and life expectancy shrinkage. In rare circumstances may require assistance in putting shorts back on after use.
